How do I contact you?

How can I get support?

Should you need some support, from finding a holiday to seeking expert advice or help with an online booking, you can contact our travel advisors via Live Chat. Or if you prefer to pick up the phone, give us a call on 020 8016 3295.

What if I'm on holiday and need support?

If the issue is something regarding your hotel, please try the reception desk first who will do their best to resolve any problems you may encounter. However, if they fail to rectify the problem, or you need to speak with us about a different issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us by calling our On-Holiday Support line on 020 8016 3297 or via Live Chat.

How do I make a complaint when I'm back from holiday?

First of all, if you’re unhappy about any aspect of your holiday, we're very sorry that things haven't been as you expected. We want to be able to address your complaint as soon as we can, so please email us at customerrelations@thomascook.com with as much detail as possible.

Make sure you include your Thomas Cook booking reference, departure date and the lead name on the booking, along with information about what went wrong. We’ll then pass it on to the relevant service provider.

We aim to reply to you in full within 28 days.
