How can I cancel my holiday?
The easiest way is by logging into manage booking, where you can let us know that you wish to cancel your holiday. Alternatively, if a cancellation request is urgent, we recommend you contact one of our travel advisers by phone or via Live Chat.
How much will cancellation charges be?
The charge will be subject to your service providers’ terms and conditions alongside our own. The cost will vary depending on the flights and hotels you’ve chosen, so you will need to contact us via Live Chat or call us on 020 8016 3295 and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Do I get a refund if travel restrictions change?
If UK government rules mean you need to quarantine on return, our refunds, cancellation and amendments policy will depend on what type of holiday you've booked. Find out more on the Covid-19 FAQs section. Unfortunately, if the changes are related to testing requirements, coming into contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid or testing positive yourself, we are unable to offer a refund. But we can still help you move your holiday to a different date or destination.
