Wow we were blown away with the CBR, everything was truly magical. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the facilities were is excellent condition. The cast members were most welcoming and always willing to help. The rooms were well provisioned and always clean (apart from our mess!). One down side the rooms we stayed in were a bit dated but nothing wrong with them. The general grounds were beautiful, it was great to have our own village pool or use of the main pool if we wished. The village pool was never busy and at times we had the use to ourselves. Due tot he location it didn't take long to get to any of the Disney parks either by car or via the free bus shuttles. An amazing holiday and we would return to the CBR again as it had everything we needed and more. Oh yes and free firework display every night from Epcot was a bonus!

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was stunning and peaceful. The rooms are clean and spacious. We would recommend this hotel to anyone Disney is magical!. Probably the best holiday we have ever been on! Its well worth upgrading to a dining plan as this saved us a fortune on food and we ate in all the best places including character dining. Thomas cook played no part in our holiday. They were literally nowhere to been seen. The welcome meeting is miles away in orlando and there is no transport arranged for you to get there. We could have easily booked the holiday direct and done it ourself. We will be going to disney again but wont booking through thomas cook.

The holiday was very good overall as it was a revisit to Orlando without our children who are now grown up. The flight went well, although the downstairs toilets on the plane could have been cleaner and although I am quite slim I would not have liked to see a large person trying to close the doors for privacy - not much room to manouevre inside! I would recommend the Caribbean Beach Resort at Disney, reasonably clean-not my personal standard but ok, friendly, and conveniently situated for all attractions. 6-7 swimming pools on site and most were quiet in Sept, ideal time to go as a couple. Food on site was poor though and limited to mainly USA style foods and not what we wanted every night so we ate out at the Mall sometimes and various other outlets in Orlando. Glad we didn't do the on site catering offers. Look around, experience USA! Weather was brilliant, warm and sunny. Not lots of children so ideal for older couples to rest and relax. I would go back to stay on site at Disney but would stay at another disney resort for a change/experience, quite a few benefits and saves $15/ day in parking at the parks alone . ENJOY your holiday
