Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa - Hotel Info

The Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa is a great choice for families. Kids can splash around in the pools, whizz down the waterslides or have lots of fun at the kidsʼ club, and the grown-ups can relax on the sun terrace with a refreshing drink or pamper themselves in the spa. Location-wise, youʼre only a short bus ride to the centre of Bodrum if you fancy a wander round the market, open three days a week. After an à la carte or buffet dinner, why not head to the mini-disco to watch your little ones strut their stuff.

Just returned for 2 weeks at Bodrum holiday resort and spa! Group of 10 ranging from age 9yrs to 47yrs. Every one of us had the best time. The resort is large and daunting when you first arrive but it doesn’t take long to find your way around. It’s in the most beautiful settings with breath taking views from nearly every part. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff can’t do enough for you, from cleaners to bar staff to the AMAZING animation team! Every one makes sure you are having the best holiday. The food is nice and plentiful, the pizzas from the slide pool are gorgeous and the burgers from the beach bar were a massive hit with my kids. Breakfast wasn’t my favourite meal but not because there was anything wrong with it, I just preferred lunch and dinner. Ice creams were beautiful served from 11-1600 everyday!! WiFi is available but not the best but that isn’t a bad thing, we had good old fashion fun! Now the best part has to be the entertainment, the animation team are the best I’ve ever met! They ensure that fun is had by all but aren’t pushy to get you involved. My kids were entertained all day every day which is a massive plus for me! I would definitely return to this hotel and we are all missing it already and only been home 24 hrs.

Totally mis sold this holiday by Thomas cook rep The food is really really bad boring and everything tastes exactly the same and there is very little choice breakfast is horrible just eggs or salad basically but on a more important note my daughter is coeliac I made this clear when we booked and was told they cater for allergies but once we arrived the only thing here is rice or salad I went to customer relations and was told travel agent should have emailed before we booked and they would have said they could not accommodate us as hotel is to large and busy to be able to cook anything seperate . So now we are having to leave hotel every day so she can have a proper meal in the evening and she is living on snacks during day I brought from home it just isn’t good enough Also when we booked travel agent said there was an outdoor disco and entertainment in the amphitheater but on arrival we were told nothing opens until 19th may including the kebab house This hotel is catered for none British guests no one can speak English so you tend to get ignored at the bars Also I am diabetic and there are no sweateners available in any of the restaurants I go away 3 times a year and this is the first time I have felt the need to write such a poor review there is poor communication between staff and we are into air 3rd day now have asked to move hotels but rep is “still looking into it “ not good enough Thomas cook Good points beautiful views

Well what can I say this was the worst holiday of my life . Yes it was a last minute deal but still all you ask for is a clean bed and good food . The room we had was in the club Bodrum facilities it looked ok because we didn't arrive till very late . The was small two single beds that a child wouldn't even fit in a small blanket for a cover . Light switches were broken the shower roof had open slots so we could see the electric wire and plumbing pipes the sockets were falling off the walls the bathroom was a joke to go for a wee you had to sit side ways there was flies landing on the food drinks were like water there was cats everywhere cockroaches on the floors . When they cleaned the pool they used an old mop bucket using the water from the pool and just through it over everything when there was cups left with drinks in them they just through it in the pool . No entertainment for adults at night most nights we went back to the room at 9 o'clock and watched a film on a television that came out off Noah's ark .

I stayed at the bodrum hotel and spa resort if you had a room in the main buliding they were lovely. As a single person I was given a bungalow room which was very basic and in need of updating. As a single person I was charged a lot of extra Money for this. The resort it's self was lovely. The food was also of a very good standard
