Just got back from a week at the beautiful Crystal Sunset. Transfer time was only an hour from Antalya Airpot. Apon arrival we were greated at the door and someone took our suitcases straight away and we were seen to our rooms within minutes. The lobby is huge and beautiful and the bedroom equally as nice. The decor of the whole hotel is amazing. Food is great, plenty to choose from and served all the time. Free minibar and fridges full of water everywhere is a bonus. Pool is the best I've ever seen, also huge with an adult only bit which we stayed in most of the time as it was quieter and not as many wasps from the kids leaving their ice creams on the side. Local shops just outside, great for present buying. Al la carte restaurants are pretty- loved the Mexican. Only faults with this place is it is quite loud at night but with ear plugs can not hear a thing. Also staff at the lobby could be a bit more friendly and anyone who isn't British doesn't know what a queue is but that's not their fault. Would definitely come here again and reccomend it to anyone who's thinking about it.

We had a great week at the Crystal Sunset Resort and Spa. Lots of swimming, great waterslides, aqua aerobics, and fast and furious water polo. The food was good with plenty of choice. Had a really good trip to Manavgat waterfall and the market. Thoroughly enjoyed our week and look forward to visiting Turkey again.

Had a lovely holiday but hotel was not up to expectations, walls in rooms were so thin you could hear people next door snoring and every word they said! First few days neighbours were ok could still hear everything but not their fault as walls so thin but when new neighbours arrived during the night it was awful, they were very noisy shouting and banging about with TV on very loud nightmare!!! Room the other side was not finished and was woken in the morning by builders banging and drilling. Maid service poor as she would arrive to clean our room between 5.pm and 6.pm just as you were arriving back to get ready for the evening and bed sheets were not changed and floors not cleaned as often as they should very surly maid who flipped in and out while we waited on the balcony. Not enough room around pool area for size of the hotel people reserving sunbeds at 6.am and earlier and all packed in like sardines we went to the beach on the shuttle bus every day much nicer! Service was very poor but improved as the days went on but not a 5 star hotel. A family walked out of the Orient Express Al a carte as one of the waiters was so rude and unprofessional we nearly joined them but felt sorry for the other waiters and waitress who were so nice and trying hard....food was lovely in main buffet restaurant but again service hit and miss staff not properly trained and not enough of them. Dress code was not adhered to in restaurants which was a shame, lots of flip flops and shorts not 5 star! The hotel was lovely but service and drinks menu poor and not up to expectations. Fabulous hotel for families as children were well catered for with lots to do and great slides in the aqua park and big inflatables in the sea for them but would not recommend for couples. We have been to Turkey on many occasions and stayed in other 5 star hotels and this fell far short of that. This hotel looks impressive, beautiful inside with great facilities but needs to really improve the service and evening entertainment to make it 5 star.

We had a great two week family holiday from end of July 2013 staying in a large family room. Wonderful large hotel, space for everyone. Big pool and exciting water slides. Entertainment team great fun and good with children. Evening shows good entertainment. Can't possibly go hungry. Shops and bars opposite the hotel. Great excursions available. Downside - the beach is not 50m or even 100m as described but there is a shuttle bus to beach and the reception staff cannot speak a lot of english, not a lot of help when needed.
