My partner and I enjoyed a fabulous week at the Royal Holiday, Palace 15-22 March, 2018. It was my first time ever abroad. The Hotel was lovely and the staff so helpful, polite and friendly and could not do enough for you. We ended up here as the Royal Wings was not open until the weekend, but then decided to stay. The Hotel was so welcoming with a lovely atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing week. Thank you Royal Holiday Palace.

This hotel really was a palace! Cannot be faulted on anything. Food and cleanliness was exceptional and best of all no early rising to get sun beds plenty for all and rule was no claiming before 9am unless you were there in person otherwise belongings were confiscated. Staff very sociable and helpful. Full marks to security who within 24 hours had reviewed cctv and retrieved an I phone stolen from one of our party we were very grateful as well as amazed at their diligence. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel & services were second to none, food although free did get a bit boring. the pool & water park & bars are amazing! Entertainment was a bit lacking & second rate at times also the sound level in the Amphitheatre was way too loud The only gripe we had was the extremely poor squashed up seats on the Thomas Cook planes, I am 6'1" tall and I couldn't even sit straight what a let down to a magical holiday We are still going back next year the hotel is awesome!

I paid £3,845 for 2 weeks here with my partner and 2 children, the first week was ok but the 2nd week was a nightmare as when the hotel was full the restaurant food was mostly warm at best and you was waiting for more to be cooked, everywhere you had long queues and waits for food and drinks with staff struggling to keep up. Entrrtainment was ok although what you would expect in a hotel abroad and the kids club in particular was very good. My advice don't go here during school holiday times as standards drop and for what you are paying you expect the best quality every week of the year.
