really good value for money ...
Hotel rooms very basic no hair-dryer and no TV, food was good staff was absolutely lovely. Weather was great, and the white sandy beach was a small walk away.Loads of facility for children and adults. The animation team kept the children entertained by clubs. There was lots of water sports but the water park was not open but there was still loads to do the holiday was excellent value I would go back again. WiFi everywhere in the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic team of staff
Have just come back after spending a week here, and already looking at booking again for next year!
1st I want to say how fantastic the staff are, especially the animation team, as they work really hard and try to bring fun and laughter across as much as possible. There is evening entertainment but it's only on show a night.
The hotel it's self is big and well maintained and truly looked after, the pools are clean and the grounds litter free.
Rooms are basic and have wifi, but it's all you need.
The food and drink are better than what we expected. And all the staff are more than accommodating. They is an a'la carte restaurant and if you book you can have a free meal ( you choose from four meals). The a'la carte restaurant is cheep and very nice
Thomas cook do organise trip but you can go in to the nearest town in a taxi and it doesn't cost that much. The only thing my partner and I didn't like, was that (locals that didn't work for the resort) pestering you to purchase things
All in all a really good holiday!!!

Only worth the last minute prices, has its pros and cons, enjoyed it though!
Just got back March 2014, after 10 days all in,transfer from Enfidha was long and travels through 1 or 2 poor and run down areas and one industrial which is a little disconcerting if its your first time to this hotel, but upon arrival your spirits are lifted by a super looking hotel, the staff were fantastic throughout our stay, room service was brilliant, clean and spotless everyday with fresh towels linen so on, Food was good i thought but need an open mind towards it ,don't expect normal home cooking its Tunisia !, my partner is vegetarian and rally struggled, lived on chips and salad, the Animation team look after your entertainment and are very amateur dramatics, they are excellent with young children if you have them, evenings entertainment was very poor, best of week though was The Lion King, the practice of tipping is annoying , do not tip too early as this will then be expected, we tipped the staff at hotel at the end of our stay with a generous offering, the beach, pools and gardens were fantastic and well maintained, but not the crazy golf needs repairs, the deposit box was very good for looking after valuables, near reception, we tried the a la carte restaurant, we had the vegetarian option ,lol, worlds away from a la carte very poor attempt, perhaps the meat option would of been better prepared, did not go on any excursions was informed by fellow guests that on their trips they were intimidated by locals insisting on you making a purchase from them . Overall though we would go back to Tunisia, we enjoyed or time there, but will try a different area next time

best hotel ive ever been in
The hotel rooms are in need of refurbishment, but overall good enough. We went in march but have been twice before in November which I preferred, due to the weather being better, but we still got a bit of sunshine. The hotel grounds are beautiful,Very well kept also the pools are very clean. The entertainment staff worked very hard and also put on a good show every night.Nice shops especially the Jewellers, very good prices and will make good quality jewellery to order, and Nouri [Mike] is a great laugh and he has time for a chat with everyone, the waiting staff are great as are the bar staff. the only problem we has was noise during the night which I suppose we expect but not from a certain porter -- barman shouting along the corridors at 6 am .the food was the best I have had in any hotel ,sometimes a bit cold but there are microwaves .and the choice was great,I don't know of another hotel a choices this one offered especially at breakfast , great value for money.Only problem was the hastle outside the grounds,

Good budget hotel
Myself (29), and two friends (27,49) all female stayed here for a week at the beginning of February (2014). Staff at reception very friendly/welcoming, we were escorted straight to our room. Room was basic but nice - apart from being extremely dusty!
Meal times were nice - food was ok, a little repetitive but we never went hungry. We had our own waiter for the week, he was excellent!
We tried the El Campo restaurant on our last night - we were only in there 25 mins - very rushed.
The cleaners were nice and very friendly.
A few of the bar staff became increasingly annoying - one would not leave my friend alone and kept badgering her making it extremely off putting going for a drink - worse thing was we had to walk past this specific bar to get anywhere in the hotel! Another hassled us for days asking if he could buy our hair dryer!
The spa was lovely as were the staff! Would recommend the treatments!
There are some shops inside the hotel and stalls - some badgered us and wouldn't take no as an answer, others were fine!
Changing up money was quick and easy.
We were able to get a Sunbed every day - pools were icey but the indoor pool was lovely and warm! The grounds of the hotel are very pretty and could have laid out there all day every day!
Wifi was good in parts of hotel - reception and rooms.
We did a few day trips and thoroughly enjoyed them HOWEVER others had not so great experiences. I would recommend asking to see a itinerary before you book any trips and make sure there are no hidden costs!
It was a cheap and cheerful experience over all!
