We had a weeks half board at the H10 Las Palmeras hotel. It was a great holiday. The hotel is well placed on the sea front. The food was first class and the pool areas very good. There were plenty of activities but not pushy if you wanted to opt out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Rooms were fine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was full and you could tell. Plenty of sunbeds, but you struggled to find somewhere to put them. The food was good and plenty of it, I can't comment on the evening entertainment, as we never stayed in. The location was ideal, right in the centre.

RETURNED FROM TENERIFE AFTER 2 WEEKS- HOTEL WAS LOVELY, SAW IT ON THE INTERNET AND CHOSE IT BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN REFURBISHED ALTHOUGH OUR ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR HAD NOT BEEN! WAS A BIT SMALLER THAN EXPECTED, WE HAD A SEAVIEW ROOM, IT WAS CLEAN AND THE VIEW WAS SUPERB, THE POOL AND GARDENS WERE VERY SPACIOUS, LOTS OF SUNBEDS ALTHOUGH YOU WOULD OF THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO RUN OUT OF BEDS IF YOU SAW THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WAITING AT 7.45 AM, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, AN EXCELLENT RANGE AND CHOICE OF FOOD, HAD TO RENT THE SAFE AND THOUGH A BIT HIGH WAS ESSENTIAL,ASKING TO RENT THE REMOTE FOR THE T.V WAS A BIT CHEEKY! DID NOT USE THE ENTERTAINMENT AT THE HOTEL AS THE NEARBY PUBS ESPECIALLY SHENANIGANS ,WAS EXCELLENT WITH DAVE AND FREDDIE.LOCATION GREAT, WOULD DEFINETELY COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

We had a lovely holiday staying with family for 70th birthday. The hotel was good couldn't do enough for us, have stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and it has improved quite a bit. The food was excellent as we're the drinks. All staff were very polite and helpful. We were given a corner room that overlooked the sea on the 4th floor it was very quiet especially at night. My only grudge would be that the rooms on street side of the hotel are quite noisy and some do have the smell of cooking in them. But we paid extra for sea view. I did hear that a few people were disappointed with the hotel, but I think that is for them to review. Cannot wait to go back again soon.
