Worst all inclusive holiday I have been on. I feel Thomas cook should send a rep to the resort, oh sorry they don't come out this far. Very bad hotel for £7000.00 Please don't waste your money.

The location was excellent, set at the quieter end of La Caleta with access to little bars, family restaurants and boutiques. You can walk along the front all the way into Las Americas. We recommend booking the Privilege package as this entitles you to free drinks in the bar, private pool area access and an up-graded room. We liked it so much we recommended it out our family who are travelling there in May.

We stayed at the Costa Adeje Palace in Tenerife from the 10th March to the 17th of March this year. We paid extra for a sea view, unfortunately when we arrived we found our balcony did not overlook the sea. That night we went to bed but were awoken by the sound of water, we reported this to customer services who informed us that the air conditioning tank was full to overflowing, which caused the water to pour out of the vent in the ceiling and on to our cases which were on the luggage rack below. The next day we reported all this to our Thomas Cook Rep. (who we have nothing but praise for), and she arranged with the hotel manager to move us into another room, but not until the following day. the new room was at the other side of the hotel and had a lovely view. While we are very grateful to the Rep for making these arrangements the fact remains that we spent two nights in a room that was not up to the standard that we had paid for, and also I was disappointed because thes was to be a special holiday as it was my Birthday and our Golden Wedding anniversary

Anyone reading any reviews for this place, please take note of my review! It couldn't have been a better holiday for us. We stayed for 1 week in June, all inclusive. The room, pool, restaurant, the hotel in general was immaculate. We enjoyed great food every evening, didnt need to visit any other places outside of the hotel. The room, not even a fly was seen in our room for the 7 nights, beautiful clean and stylish. The pool area and bar, couldn't fault it. The weather was glorious at approx 30-35 degrees daily. I will recommend this hotel to all friends and family and would 100% return!
