Pool bar and staff are fantastic and are what made our holiday. Well positioned, good access to pool and sun beds. Positives end there. Non Spanish visitors treated less favourably- watched a Spanish family receive a nice flat screen tv, while others have old pay as you use box. Beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever laid on. Rooms are not properly cleaned, floor was never cleaned and our feet were dirty within 15 minutes of walking on our apartment floor. Bedding never changed unless we asked for it and was only changed 2 times in 2 weeks. Pool was not properly cleaned and the glass that surrounds the pool, which you can barely notice in the photos used by Thomas Cook to promote this accommodation does not look like that - it’s dirty and disgusting and you can’t actually see through it. People working at reception are not friendly or approachable, guy couldn’t even be bothered to come to work early in the morning to check us out. Asked us to post keys in letter box. Also this meant that we never got the 5 Euro deposit back for the safe we hired. Would not recommend this to anyone, which I feel bad for saying as the pool bar owner deserves the support but unfortunately the change in management of the actual apartments is ruining her business.

Great holiday ,but ; the flight a disaster. How many times have I said that the aircraft conditions are cramped and uncomfortable...do you really care for individuals?.
