This is by far the worse holiday for food and entertainment. Came back on sat 18 th August and was glad to leave and return home. There were positive. Room lovely, good WiFi. Kids club fab. I never been grunted at when asked for an omelette or shouted at for moving a table. Food running out and not checked for temperatures. I worried about my 5 year old. Snack bar was worse, burgers left for hours even when it closed for a few hours. Would never of eaten there. The staff do work hard and long hours but being rude in not acccpetable. The entertainment was another grumble reminds me of bad Blackpool pub enterainamnt. I would of expected something better. Would never return lots of people complain one person took photograph and went to showed them to the management. Poor. The most expensive holiday I have been on and the widest by far.

What a brilliant hotel. I had stayed here many years ago and loved it as a child so my expectations where pretty high and it didn’t disappoint. Having being renovated not long ago everything about the hotel was modern clean tidy everything was always well kept. The children entertainment was out of this world. My 8 year old and 1 year old loved all of it and how lovely the entertainment staff were is a true credit to this hotel. They went above and beyond I felt. The adult entertainment in the evening was hit and miss but it didn’t bother us. The food we thought was lovely a great variety somethings were repeated but with trying to cater for so many people it’s not surprising. Especially if you have fussy children it made it easier if these was something they would eat. The variety of drinks available was also brilliant even some branded alcohol and cocktails. Fridges full of bottles of water for you to take was fantastic. Especially with fridges in your room. All the staff were so friendly. Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed every time we requested. We really enjoyed this hotel would definitely recommend and would return

I had high hopes for this hotel. On arrival we were greeted as we walked through the door, which was lovely. Reception staff were helpful. Once we got to out room all I can say is wow!! The view is amazing. Room was clean and modern. Housekeeping came every day, towels were changed when we requested. Pool area was always kept clean and well maintained, due to being on a cliff it does get quite windy around the pools. Indoor pool was much colder than outdoor pool. Entertainment staff were fantastic and tried to get as many people as possible involved in the day and night activities. Bar staff were very friendly and joking with customers which is nice to see. Restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food or lack of food in the restaurant let's the hotel down. My son and I ended up eating out on several occasions as no matter what time we went for dinner there was always a wait then, when the food came out if you were in the queue you might still need to wait depending on how many were in front of you. Lunch time we generally went at 1pm to ensure we got food. I was not expecting to spend 150€ on eating out when on an all inclusive holiday. Overall a disappointing holiday. Surprised it has a 4* rating.

Stayed at Sol calas de Mallorca for 10 days from the 4th to the 14th September, after waiting 1hour 30 minutes to check in we were €62 worse off after hiring a safe and paying the local tax.The room was lovely and the sea view fantastic,we unpacked and went for refreshments the lobby bar is stunning and the bar staff brilliant but that's where it ends. Our room was not cleaned for the who!e time we was there even though we left the sign out asking for it to be cleaned, bed was not made and towels was changed when they felt like changing them. We found the meals to be repetitive and also on many occasions cold,as we have stayed in many 4 star hotels we wouldn't rate this hotel as 4 star more like a 2 star hotel very expensive and disappointing holiday.
