Amazingly relaxing holidays come on tap at the Aegean Plaza, which is so close to the beach you can almost feel the sand between your toes. Three swimming pools and a quiet location at the edge of Kamari make this hotel a real find, where you can sip drinks on the terrace or head to the bars in town. We also think the staff are worth writing home about, so we know you'll be well looked after.

The hotel is just perfect holiday accommodation. We hadnt planned to stay on site quite so much but it was difficult to want to go elsewhere as everything was just perfect on site. The staff were exceptionally friendly, cheerful and helpful without being obtrusive. The site was spotlessly clean and all of the cleaning staff were friendly and smartly attired also. It definitely felt like they took a pride in their jobs. Dont be put off by any plane noise as they come in so low you can almost see their faces besides, it is always exciting to see them come over and there were only a few each day anyway. I just wish Id known we had a mini kitchen in advance as I may have made better use of it.

We travelled to Santorini & stayed at the Aegean Plaza for our friends wedding, we stayed one week. The Hotel & staff were brilliant, it is very child friendly & in short walking distance to the beach, shops & restaurants! I believe it was advertised as 4 star & I'm not sure I would agree however, it made up for the outdated room décor in so many other ways, so we weren't disappointed! You really need to hire a car or a quad bike to explore the island, so don't forget your driving licence, but it isn't at all expensive! Make sure you take beach towels, as the hotel does not provide them & does not like you using theirs. We genuinely loved the island & would recommend it for couples & families.

My wife and I were looking forward to a weeks holiday just relaxing in the sun and enjoying the Greek food & weather. Upon arrival we were impressed with the hotel staff, very friendly & helpful. The hotel rooms are built around the central pool area which was delightful. A short walk from the hotel ( 200 yards ) brought us to the seafront which the brochures did not do justice to! There were dozens of restaurants/tavernas to choose from all with very friendly staff. Lots of beach/souvenir shops to browse along with several mini markets for any supplies needed. We would definitely go back & would recommend this location for anyone else with a relaxing beach holiday in mind.

Had a wonderful week of sunshine in Santorini at the Aegean Plaza Hotel. Room was excellent but beside a very busy main pool across from the bar so we spent most of our time at the other quieter pool at the rear of the main complex. Found the bar staff to be very pleasant and courteous but there seemed to be no authority in the restaurant at breakfast time or in the evening. Breakfast was very poor so we had breakfast outside the hotel. Quite good at Splash just down at the seafront from the rear of the hotel. Tried dining in one evening but no improvement so reverted to dining out in th evenings.. If the restaurant could sort itself out this Hotel would be excellent.
