Leading the wave of next generation Princess Cruises is the new Regal Princess
Princess Cruises features in a brand new ITV documentary entitled "The Cruise". The 6 part documentary set onboard Regal Princess during her recent Scandinavia & Russia season will give a unique insight into the day-to-day roles of the 1,400-strong crew who hail from countries across the world as they work together to keep the operations of the ship running smoothly.
As the sister ship to the majestic Princess Cruises Royal Princess, the Regal Princess has just as much to offer. An impressive floating resort of 141,000 tonnes, this vast pleasure hub boasts everything required for a luxurious cruise holiday.
The Regal Princess, with a launch date of spring 2014, borrows many of the Royal Princess’s most innovative and exciting ideas, including the mesmerising SeaWalk, the gleaming atrium and an onboard TV studio, Princess Live!
The standard of luxury really has been elevated to another level on this shiny new Princess Cruises superliner. Why not be one of the first to experience it?
At the heart of the Regal Princess you’ll find the shimmering atrium, where you can browse the onboard boutiques to your heart’s content. As well as family pools, you’ll also find an adults only pool, with private poolside cabanas (extra fee) for when you want peace and relaxation in your own little haven.
Adding more wow factor to the ship is the stunning SeaWalk. This glass bottomed walkway, 128 feet above the turquoise ocean below, extends out 28 feet over the edge of the ship. It’s an amazing experience for the brave and an exclusive Princess Cruises innovation.
Guests will be well looked after onboard the Regal Princess, with a full programme of activities and entertainment to enjoy. Play your sport of choice on the sports deck, relax in the spa, or be part of a fun live broadcast at the Princess Live! studios.
However you want to spend your time at sea, you can relax or get active in style on the Regal Princess.
With 13 decks, you’ll find a wide range of accommodation types to choose from on a Regal Princess cruise - including suites, deluxe rooms and outside and inside staterooms. What’s exciting is that all of the ship’s outside cabins will feature balconies and patio furniture, so you can look out over the ocean from the privacy of your own al fresco space.
Modern, sumptuous and spacious, all Regal Princess cabins will have a bathroom with shower, storage space and flat screen TV as standard. As you move up the cabin types you’ll also be treated to additional special touches for a stay that’s fit for royalty.
As you’d expect for such a vast superliner, the dining options are seemingly endless! From casual ‘grab a bite to eat’ places, to self service buffets and fine dining, there’s a choice to suit every mood.
Sweet toothed cruisers can grab a treat at The Pastry Shop, or for the ultimate in regal dining experiences, book the Chef’s Table Lumiere - a private dining experience surrounded by a curtain of soft light. It’s like dining within a luminous cloud, and makes for an amazing holiday memory.
As the newest jewel in the Princess Cruises’ crown, the Regal Princess will grace the seas from spring 2014. Be one of the first to experience her impressive majesty.
