You can expect sea days filled with waterslides and pool parties, as well as the chance to experience a roller coaster at sea on Carnival’s new ship. The Mardi Gras. Evenings are all about delicious food and fun times. You’ll find casual dining, speciality restaurants, as well as bars and great entertainment.
Carnival’s famous for the classic Caribbean cruise. They go to Grand Cayman and Grand Turk as well as a host of smaller destinations. Carnival sails all over the world as well, so you can choose which countries to visit, or combine routes for a truly epic experience.
A trip down Panama Canal is legendary. As well as seeing one of the world’s greatest engineering marvels, you’ll stop at Central American cities, maybe join a Chiva bus in Cartagena, or explore pretty Limon. Crossing the international date line on Carnival Cruises Transpacific routes gives you the chance to see pearls of the South China Seas, and dive into unique cultures like Maui and Singapore.
Carnival has 25 ships and the facilities can vary between each ship. But, you’re always have the same standards across every fleet.
If you’re sailing to Alaska, you might be on Carnival Spirit, a large ship with exclusive restaurants like Bonsai Sushi. There’s even the chance to test out your mixology skills in the cocktail lounge.
Heading out from NYC might mean a voyage on Carnival Sunrise, with on board venues like the famous Red Frog Pub, and Guy Fieri’s Pig and Anchor BBQ, as well as Carnival Waterworks for fun days at sea.
There’s an emphasis on casual dining, and you’ll enjoy food from around the world. Sample great Italian food in Cucina dei Capita, or enjoy a taste of Japan at Bonsai Sushi. Seadays Brunch is perfect for lazy days at sea, and Sweet Spot is unrivalled for an ice-cream or dessert.
There’s a traditional restaurant too, as well as a buffet. Most food on board is included as part of your ticket price, however there are a few venues that require an additional cost.
The Cheers or Bottomless Bubbles packages mean you can get good value drinks in many of the bars and clubs on board. The Red Frog pub and brewery has its own special drink, as well as a great range of rums. For a bit of sophistication, book a martini tasting session, or simply relax by the pool with your favourite cocktail.
Having fun is the top priority on board all of Carnival’s ships. You’ll find karaoke, live music, stage shows, and pool parties galore. There are great waterslides, and incredible activities like the Skyride, that zips you around above the deck. Did you know that Carnival’s newest member has a rollercoaster? If you consider yourself a bit of a thrill seeker, you’ll love riding Bolt. Alternatively, you can chill out in the sports bar and watch your favourite team on the big screen, or dance the night away in one of the nightclubs.
When you need to step back from the high energy atmosphere of Carnival Cruises, there are spa facilities, as well as dedicated Adult-Only zones where you can relax in peace.
