What’s the weather like in the Caribbean in January?

With 28 island nations, the Caribbean is a diverse and beautiful region of the world with a consistent, tropical climate. Although January is the coldest month in the Caribbean, you’ll still experience beautifully warm temperatures, with hot days and slightly cooler nights. To the north of the region including the Bahamas, temperatures are the coolest, while the weather gradually gets hotter as you travel south towards Barbados. The new year also marks the start of the dry season, so it’s unlikely you’ll see much rain during your holiday.
