Your invoice will detail your meal arrangements, as confirmed at the time of booking, It is
also shown as "Board Basis". Please remember that every hotel, apartment and villa will differ
in size and facilities available, therefore the information below is only a guide.
Self Catering
If the board basis of your holiday is Self Catering you can expect to be responsible for
your own meals and drinks. The accommodation on a self catering holiday tends to be studios or
apartments. Adequate living facilites (including a kitchenette with cooking equipment) should
be provided in this type of accommodation.
Bed and Breakfast
Includes breakfast only.
In Turkey and Greece this may be continental style. This generally consists of a selection of
breads, rolls, croissants, jams and cold meat. Budget hotels may serve this presented on a
tray, whilst most other hotels offer a cold buffet. You should not expect hot items unless
otherwise specified.
American/Traditional Breakfast - Generally consists of a hot and cold buffet.
Half Board
Meals included would be breakfast and normally dinner (some properties include lunch rather
than an evening meal).
Full Board
Meals included are breakfast, lunch and dinner.
All Inclusive
With All-Inclusive, all meals and locally produced drinks are included (there may be time
restrictions - see hotel description for full details).
