Location

  • The Palm Beach is located 700m up a steep hill from Levante sand beach. The Don Jorge is 100m up a steep hill from the Palm Beach and 500m from the nearest bars, restaurants and shops. 1.2km to aqualandia (courtesy shuttle bus to the beach/Aqualandia operates every 30 mins)

As well as an array of all-inclusive facilities and a lively atmosphere, guests at the Palm Beach and Don Jorge also enjoy free access to the fun-filled Aqualandia waterpark from mid May to late September, where thrilling slides and attractions await. From the adrenalin-pumping Splash slide and Black Hole to the relaxing Amazonas river and kids' Adventureland, there really is something for everyone. You can also visit both Terra Mitica theme park, with its rides and roller coasters, and Mundomar marine park, as often as you like during summer opening dates.

Please note: due to their location, these properties are not suitable for people with walking difficulties. For guests staying at the Don Jorge, reception facilities and all aspects of the All Inclusive package will be at the Palm Beach. Aqualandia is open 18 May-29 Sep; Terra Mitica is open daily 14 Jun-9 Sep, Fri-Sun in Apr/May and Sat-Sun in Sep/Oct (unlimited access included May-Oct); Mundomar is open Mar-Nov(unlimited access included May-Oct; access once per stay included in Nov, March & April). All dates are based on previous season's operation and are subject to weather conditions and change. Please check for confirmed dates closer to your time of travel.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent value for money Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed for one week in july, we were AI staying at the apartments but AI at the sister hotel next door. The accomodation was very good with a large balcony, the pools are not very large, however this was not a problem for us as when we booked we were informed that we had unlimited use of the aqualandia water park for free during our stay and we went 3 times, and to make it even better the hotel gives you plenty of free bus tickets which will take you there, its about 10 minutes on the bus which is just outside the hotel and run every 30 minutes, the waterpark itself is one of the best we have been to, and next door to the water park is the mundimar wildlife park, i would highly recomend a visit as this is also free for guests of the hotel or apartments, the sea lion show is fab and the dolphin show is spectacular and not to be missed!!. there is also a theme park on the other side of benidorm which is also free to enter but we did not go to this so cant comment but the brochure looked good, anyway back to the hotel!, the food and choice will suit all tastes and is help your self so you will never go hungary and 1st class food every day, the restaurant might look like a 3 star but is certainly not the case with the food as 4 star every meal. the beach is about 10 mins on the bus, and again this is a free service with bus tickets from the hotel reception, i would highly recommend the bus as the hotel and apartemts are on a steep hill and even the most fit would find it hard going on a very hot day. All in all, excellent value for money.[well done Thomas Cook] PS if you like your shorts, ie vodk etc, they dont do these by halves so expect a generous measure!! Enjoy!!!!!!!! September 3, 2012
    Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent holiday we stayed at palm beach in sept 2012 it was an amazing first holiday for my young children they enjoyed every minute of it they always had plenty to do and the night time entertainment was brill also an added bonus was the free tickets to water park , zoo and theme park. staff were really friendly and great with the kids they enjoyed it so much they have asked to go back again this year after having the choice of anywhere they chose palm beach.     Rated 3 out of 5 by family holiday the hotel itself was excellent value for money. We went all inclusive and the food was excellent much better quality than previous all inclusive we've stayed at in Spain. Also as we went with 13 year old son the Theme and Waterpark being included was great for us and actually saved us a lot of money. The hotel also offered packed lunch to take with you if leaving the hotel for the day. The only fault we had was the location. The bank that the hotel is on doesn't look steep but if you've been out for long day or night waliking up it in the heat is a bit of nightmare and the buses are awful. They are public transport and the drivers cram in as many people as possible especially the one to Terra Mittica. We used local taxis which are cheap and lot more comfortable than the buses However even though the bank was a drawback I can't fault the hotel itself. The rooms were cleaned each day and the staff were very friendly and always happy to help with anything. The resteraunt staff were lovely The entertainment was more for younger children so as we had teenager we went out each night but there are so many shows in the bars on the strip that it's shame to just stay in the hotel October 13, 2012
    Rated 4 out of 5 Good value for money We had a great time at Palm Beach Hotel in Benidorm in September 2012. The man was there when we arrived at the airport to pick up the car, and quickly brought it back when we arrived home. The flights flew on time and everything including the transfers was easy. The rooms at the hotel are nice and extremely clean, the only issue is the toilet was RIGHT behind the sink and partially underneath, and maybe a larger person would have difficulties getting on it. The food at all mealtimes was good with a large selection on offer, and in between meals snacks were available twice a day. By the end of the holiday the food choice had started to become all the same, but it was always nice, the soup in particular. The waiters were nice too, very helpful and friendly. After reading other reviews I thought we would never get a sun lounger around the pool but we never had a problem, there weren't many spare, sure, but we never had to miss out. The bar service was as good as can be expected, sometimes you have to queue but that's always the case with all inclusive, the local beer was pretty good too. There was no entertainment at the hotel in the evening though, unless you like to just listen to music, this wasn't a problem for us as we went out. There are tons of taxis around and was only around 4 euros from the local bars. The hotel is up 3 steep hills from the beach and is about 10 minutes walk, I wouldn't recommend it if you have health issues but it's absolutely no problem for young people or anybody still relatively healthy and there are signposts for Palm Beach all over Benidorm, it's virtually impossible to get lost. The wi-fi was free in the lobby, and even by the pool which was handy for us, there are payphones in the lobby too. There is plenty to do in Benidorm, hundreds upon hundreds of restaurants and bars and countless shops within easy walking distance from the hotel, there are boat trips to the island and free tickets from the hotel to the local water park. Everybody speaks English and everybody was friendly towards us at all times. When you take away the costs of flights, parking, transfers, insurance etc etc I thought this holiday was extremely good value for money and I recommend it for people that don't mind climbing up the hill.     Rated 5 out of 5 by FANTASTIC At the time of writing this comment, I am staying at Hotel Palm Beach. The only thing I have to say is that it is exceptional. The food is superb, the staff lovely, the rooms is very clean and they change the towels every day. We arrived a few days ago and we are delighted with this property. My children are delighted with the entertainment and especially the mini disco. The free access included to aqualandia, mundomar and Terramitica make our family holidays even better… August 14, 2012
