McDonald's Money Monopoly Terms and Conditions

Thomas Cook Tour Operations booking conditions apply - see participating Thomas Cook outlets for details. All holidays are subject to availability and to change in specification (including timing). Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining all requisite passports, visas, other travel documentation and all applicable insurance risks; please check with any relevant authorities regarding your passport and visa requirements. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed are at the expense of winners and /or their companions.

Prizes include:

Minimum 3 star holiday
Return flights in standard class
7, 14, or 15 nights accommodation in a standard room
A mix of family and 2-adult holidays
Resort transfers and in-flight meals
Excludes fuel supplements which will be paid by McDonald's following the close of the promotion

Any other passengers travelling must pay current brochure price.

Prizes are for 7,14 or 15 nights, sharing a standard room on the holiday basis specified by Thomas Cook and includes standard class flights, in flight meals and transfers between the destination airport and resort, (but not transfer to departure airport, accommodation supplements, spending money or anything else not expressly stated as included). The fuel levy that is now imposed on flights departing UK airports at a cost of approximately £10 short haul, £15 mid-haul and £20 long haul will be funded by McDonald's.

There is a limit of one holiday prize per participant and that person's immediate family and household members. No assurance is given that extra companions may join the booking, but if they join, it will be as paying customers at the then prevailing, brochured tour operators applicable at the time of booking. If you are under 18 your parent or legal guardian must claim on your behalf and travel with you. The winner or (if under 18) the winner's parent or legal guardian wishing to share the holiday prize, must be first-named party on the booking.

Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, concession or promotion. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes must be booked by midnight on the 20th June 2008. Thomas Cook will endeavour to accommodate additional passengers.

£100 Off Holiday Vouchers

£100 discount on any new holiday booking made on or before midnight 13th June 2008 on a package holiday (comprising flights and accommodation for the duration of the stay) advertised by Thomas Cook (excludes Thomas Cook Signature, Latitude and Tours), Airtours or Sunset only within its brochures for Summer 2008 and Winter 08/09 (covering departures from 1st May 2008 to 31st April 2009). Club 18-30, Neilson Holidays and Style Holidays are not included in the promotion. £100 voucher cannot be used for holidays departing within 8 weeks of booking.

The £100 off is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount and cannot be used as a holiday deposit or payment for insurance, towards holiday cancellation charges or with any holiday already booked. A deposit is required on bookings over £100 and, if made via the Thomas Cook Sales centre this must be paid using a valid debit or credit card. A charge of 2.25% (maximum £50) will be made where the holiday cost is paid by credit card, except when payment is made by a Thomas Cook credit card. No charge applies to debit card payments. The prize winner must be the first named party on the booking.
