View Booking Details
To make a payment or view the details of your booking online go to My Account. You will need the following information ready:
· Departure date
· Booking reference
· Lead passenger name
Your booking reference number will be in the format: 4 digits-7 digits (eg
1234-1234567). This will be on the written confirmation that you receive 4-5 days after making
your booking.
Flight + Hotel Bookings
Balance payments for Flight + Hotel bookings cannot currently be made online. Please call
our dedicated call centre team on 0870 513 3102 to make a balance payment via the
phone. You will need to have your booking reference details available.
Paying for Your Holiday
With the exception of payments made using a debit card or the Thomas Cook
Credit Card, all other card types are subject to the standard Thomas Cook credit card
charge when using this facility.
However, paying with the Thomas Cook Credit Card does not just mean that you avoid the
credit card charge; you also get 0% interest for up to 3 months on all your travel and foreign
