There are some fantastic beaches with a huge selection of water sports available to keep everyone entertained. Lara Beach in particular is a popular favourite. There are 2 beach parks in Antalya, situated in Lara and Konyaalti. Each has a selection of restaurants serving Turkish and international cuisine so that you never need to stray too far from the beach.

A city that is bubbly and lively in the evening, there are plenty of restaurants to try in Antalya and you will find something to suit every taste. The old town of Antalya is particularly atmospheric, with cobbled streets, Ottoman-style houses, and several good restaurants, such as the Vanilla Restaurant. Or, for something different, China Garden has over 200 tasty dishes to choose from and spectacular views over the med. There are also many small Turkish restaurants that serve tasty kebabs and mezes at reasonable prices.

Large groups holidays can explore the eastern side of town, where there are several private beach clubs. Here, the artificial lidos are popular for those who do not like getting sand mixed with their sun lotion!
