Summer holidays Paphos

For a truly diverse summer holiday, a trip to Paphos is the ideal choice. With a plethora of attractions and activities, Paphos is sure to keep you entertained while you bask in the balmy sunshine.

The sea surrounding the coastal regions of Paphos is host to an underwater world of reefs and caves, teeming with fish and octopus and is a suitable site for beginners as well as more experienced divers. There are over 40 different dive sites on offer including shipwrecks and some of which are only a short distance from the harbour. There are also PADI courses available on your Paphos summer holiday. The best way to find out more is to visit one of the area's dive centres, such as Cydive or Abyss Dive Centre.

There is a whole host of beach activities that are catered for on a summer holiday to Paphos, from water and jet skiing to windsurfing and pedal-boating. Both beaches that line hotels, as well as those further afield provide equipment hire and lessons throughout the year, which come at reasonable prices.

There are six Blue Flag beaches you can enjoy on your Paphos summer holiday, which include Pachyammos, Alykes, Municipal Beach, Vrysoudia A and B and Faros. Just a mile or two south of Paphos, you'll find more beaches at Geroskipou.
