Summer holidays Icmeler

Tranquil and peaceful, there's no better place to relax during your summer holiday than Icmeler.

A short trip from Dalaman, it is a cosmopolitan town with a low-key nightlife and varied selection of cafés and shops. It has an abundance of restaurants where you can sample Turkish cuisine. Its broad sand and shingle beach, fringed with fragrant pine forests, is an idyllic place to spend a day soaking up the sun. The crystal-clear waters are popular for snorkelling, especially around the rockier sections of the coast. You can also try diving at the PADI diving school in the resort. If you're lucky you might even see bottlenose dolphins.

Adrenaline junkies will jump at the chance to try white water rafting. There are also canoe trips, canyoning, hiking and off-road safaris. Or, for those after something a little less active, there are a number of aqua parks in and around the town.

A peaceful town that has some beautiful beaches and emerald green coves, a bubbling atmosphere in the evenings and an array of day trips and adventure activities to choose from, Icmeler is a great destination for your summer holiday.
