Diving is also quite popular in Playa Blanca. The Marina Rubicуn Diving Center offers daily diving trips to more than 30 exclusive dive sites, including the island of Fuerteventura and the little Isla de Lobos off the north of Fuerteventura. There are even ‘Learn to Dive’courses of three to five days’ duration.

Away from the beaches, there are some amazing sights to visit, some fantastic markets and some delicious local specialties to taste. You can find amazing restaurants with live entertainment that serve the best of fresh fish and meat dishes. Many of them serve international and Canarian specialities.

However, even though Playa Blanca is a very popular holiday destination, the nightlife is very calm. If you want to dance the night away, the nearest disco is in Punta Limones, just west of the resort centre, while there is a wider selection of all-night music venues are in Puerto del Carmen.
