Andalusia Holidays

Mojacar

The historic town of Mojácar is perched on a rocky hillside. Divided into two distinct districts – the beach and the town – it boasts some incredible views. The centre has retained a distinct Moorish identity.

Roquetas de Mar

A popular retreat for Spaniards, Roquetas del Mar is one of the two main resorts on the Costa de Almería. Less busy than other major resorts, the beaches are vast and equipped with plenty of amenities.

Punta del Caiman

The beach at Punta Del Caiman is a quiet stretch of small inlets linked by sandy stretches. A particularly tranquil spot, the shoreline is reached by a floating boardwalk from the carpark.

Renowned for its non-stop nightlife, Torremolinos is a favourite destination among party-goers. It is packed with beach bars, boutique shops and cocktail lounges, as well as having long stretches of sandy beaches, watersport centres and public gardens.

Nerja is famous for its promenade that skirts the belly of a mountain and looks out across the sparkling Mediterranean. Another spectacular attraction is the complex of caves, one of which is now a concert hall.

Once a tiny fishing village, Fuengirola has burgeoned into a holiday hotspot. It is only 25km from the airport and boasts 5km of idyllic sandy shores and a picturesque town centre.
