New Property - Mnarani Club, Kilifi, Kenya
Neilson’s newest Beachclub is an exotic faraway location that looks out over the Indian
Ocean. The Mnarani Club in Kilifi, Kenya, is ideally positioned for you to enjoy the perfect
conditions for great watersports such as dinghy sailing, windsurfing and kayaking, whilst land
lovers are sure to enjoy mountain biking among the amazing tropical scenery. It's also a super
opportunity to experience one of the brilliant safaris!

Club Teos, Teos, Turkey (4*)
Set in a tranquil location by the edge of a bay surrounded by green headland and the turquoise Aegean seas, is Club Teos, the latest addition to our Beachplus Clubs. All rooms have been completely renovated to welcome our first arrivals. The Teos bay area is ideal for beginners to learn new skills. There's a wealth of activities on offer, from kayak safaris to PADI-registered scuba diving schools, dinghy sailing and windsurfing. Plus there are children's clubs, tennis, mountain biking and even a wellbeing area.
Aeolian Village, Lesvos, Greece (4*+)
The Aeolian Village enjoys stunning sea views and a spacious layout with a long sandy beach
and an absolute gem of a local village, just ten minutes walk away along the beach. It is a
great resort for families with fantastic conditions for all activities, be it sailing,
waterskiing or enjoying a game of tennis. For those seeking relaxation the brand new spa is

Portomyrina Palace, Lemnos, Greece (4*+)
A short transfer, sandy beach and excellent standard of accommodation – The Portomyrina Palace on the beautiful island of Lemnos has it all. Excellent wind conditions make it a sailing and windsurfing paradise and the massive pool and luxury spa just add to the appeal. The local village has plenty to offer and is great for a night out.
The Retreat, Sivota, Greece (4*+)
Located in a corner of rare natural beauty with tiny coves, green hills and secluded
