Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds - Terms and Conditions
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of departure and will be subject to a £5.00 administration charge, unless a cancellation waiver has been purchased.
Cancellation Waiver
You can purchase a cancellation waiver during the booking process (additional cost £0.50). With a cancellation waiver, you can cancel any bookings up until 24 hours before arrival for an additional charge of £0.50, instead of the normal £5.00 administration charge.
Cancellations on the Day
Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or after will be charged at the full cost. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before departure will also be charged at full cost. No refund is available for unused part stays.
Special Deals
Car parks highlighted as Advance Purchase or Super Saver are purchased at a special advance purchase price. Bookings for these car parks cannot be amended or cancelled.
