Not for seniors
Very disappointed with this supposedly 4* hotel. Don't expect to have to book to use indoor swimming poor. Entertainment very poor and repetitious. We upgraded our. Room but these really do need to be refurbished . Also had to pay for wifi.
Far too many Hen and Stag parties and took over hotel. Children allowed to play in lifts .
Would not recommend this hotel.

We are regular guests at the Dynastic and are pleased to recommend it, this time we had one problem and that was over crowding in the bar, the room has a notice saying 145 personas but on one night it was over crowded, up to 200 people and even made worse by people bringing in extra chairs and tables which completely blocked the passageways and made it very dangerous, if an emergency had arose.
we did report it to the Manager and if any thing ever does occur the Management are fully aware of it and should have some safe guards in place, I also wrote it on the questionaire for Thomas Cook so that you are also aware of it.

Would definitely not go back to this hotel
Exceptionally poor 4 star hotel - only 4 star as has a spa attached. Swimming pool tiny not as featured in the swimming pool pictures on this site. Dirty round the pool, Not enough umbrellas to sit in the shade. Room ok and cleaned regularly. Food ok but not to a high standard. Entertainment rubbish though did finish at 12 midnight. Stayed all inclusive but drinks only given in plastic cups and in jugs in the dinning room.
Very, very poor 4 star hotel. Surprised Thomas Cook deals with this hotel.
A very expensive holiday for poor residence.

Dynastic hotel is very nice made better by the welcome from the staff, whilst some facilities are very good, you can use the jacuzzi and the sauna free of charge 10 am until 5pm but the steam room was out of action, we are back there next March and I will be disappointed if it is not fixed by then. contrary to other all inclusive hotels the bar is always well staffed and you get served with very little waiting, the really bad part about the hotel is the entertainment or should I say the lack of entertainment, they do not cater at all for their English clientle and it does put a damper on your holiday, I wonder if it is their policy as it makes their guests go out for entertainment thereby saving on their on costs with regard to the provision of drinks

my partner and i stayed a the dynastic in august spainish holiday.The hotel was nice n clean but
staff not very nice turned their backs and pretended to clean when i went to bar very ignorant.Wont be back at this hotel.Love Benidorm will be back again.

DEFINATELY WON'T BE BACK!!!
Stayed at this hotel from 19th to 26th July, and not a hotel i'll be back in again.
we were all inclusive.
It may look the part of a 4star hotel from the outside, but that is where it ends. As you go in the front door there is no atmosphere, it'l like going to visit the dentist.
we stayed on the 4th floor, but always had a bit of trouble getting into our room during the day, given that there were no lights on in the hallway ( was it to save money on the electricity bill??), there was always darkened down during the days because of the orange glow. this made looking for room numbers and also trying to get ur keycard into the slot a wee bit hard.
Lights normally come on between 8-9pm.
There is 1 bar which serves outside and inside, where staff could sometimes be abrupt, and ignore you to serve the paying spanish customers. Even when they do serve you, they are still shouting over and carrying on their conversation to the spanish holidaymakers, which is totally ignorant.
one word of warning, the local spirits are like paint stripper!!
And the hotel is overrun by spanish holidaymakers.
The outside seating area, is ok, but too few umbrellas.
The sunbed area is crampt, all the beds squashed in together, and it looks as though the pool was just an afterthought.
Ok, now onto what they term a restaurant, well i say it's more like a school cafeteria.
BREAKFAST 8 till 10
LUNCH 1 till 3
DINNER 8 till 10 ( this is not a typo ) more catered to the spanish market.
Ate in the hotel only a few times, and it just went from bad to worse, ended up we wouldn't go as some of the food was practically raw, the burgers and steaks were still mooing on the plates.Just couldn't face going in there in the end, as it would have made me sick. Who wants to go on holiday and all u can eat is a salad.
Bar also in the restaurant, only open on lunch and dinner times, snacks also served inbetween meal times, ok if u like cold chips, burgers and what they term hotdogs
instead we went to the UNION JACK BAR, which is stiuated just next door to the hotel, Where the staff are freindly and the food is incredible.
DEFINATELY NOT A HOTEL I SHALL BE SPENDING MY HARD EARNED CASH ON AGAIN.

Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm
We stayed her in June 2011 . It is very modern , bright and airy . The rooms are great with lovely bathrooms . We were all inclusive , so had nearly all our meals in the hotel , meals are varied and delicious . We could also have snacks when the restaurant was closed , plenty of ice cream and pop to keep us cool . All staff were very efficient and friendly especially the bar staff !! Maid service was every day . Location is in Rincon area , which is a 10 minute walk down to the beach and a couple of minutes from Eurotabac for daily papers and currency change . Not to forget the Indoor Market , we love walking around there . My wife found a 'fishy feet ' where the fish nibbled at her tired feet , she said it was really strange but nice .
Highly recommend Dynastic Hotel and the surrounding area .

family holiday in benidorm
been twice to this hotel and enjoyed both visits ,staff and service great the rooms are large and very comfortable, rooms cleaned and towels changed each day . the only negatives were the lifts which were slow and occationaly broke . will definately go again
