Turkey - All Inclusive Family Fun
From the moment you step off the plane into the warm Turkish air, this is an unforgettable holiday. We have been here twice with 2 boys aged 8 and 10 and cannot wait to return. The welcome is warm, the food is fabulous and you can do as much or as little as you choose. The animation team and sports team put on a great array of things to do but there is no pressure to join in if all you want to do is relax on the private beach or chill by one of the pools. The resort is very cosmopolitan and it is lovely to mix with people from other countries, the French in particular are very enthusiastic about joining in all the activities. There are lots of things for the children to do: water flumes, archery, crazy golf, snorkelling and all in a very safe environment. The locals are extremely friendly and hospitable - I bought some shoes from a shop in the town and not only was I given some tea whilst trying on the shoes, the owner also drove me back to the hotel! The local market is wonderful - very vibrant and colourful, with plenty of opportunties to barter for a great deal on football kits! The all inclusive does have its drawbacks - I came home about kilo heavier than when I arrived. My children really enjoyed trying foods which they would not have tried at home and it made life much easier for me that they could go and help themselves to drinks without having to keep asking. I would truly recommend this as a great value family holiday - my older son cried for a week on our return and that doesn't happen very often.

Best Family Holiday Ever
We (my wife, two children and me) have just returned from an amazing week at this hotel. Having read some reviews just prior to travelling we were a little concerned but needn't have worried. There are a few small details such as not having enough towels on arrival and one bed not being ready, but these were put right within 5 minutes of calling reception.
The staff were excellent and our two children were made to feel very special during their time in the hotel. The hotel does cater for guests from across Europe and much of the entertainment is geared around different cultures, but at the end of the day we didn't book a holiday in Blackpool. It is fun and light hearted and gave us a smile each night. There are still plenty of places to relax and not have to take part if you don't want to.
The two pools are great and the Infinity Pool in particular is amazing with outstanding views. The children loved the water slides with the life guards who also enjoyed banter with the guests. The kids club was ok but I feel will improve as a greater number of British guests visit.
Food is excellent and a huge range of choice - Turkish night is amazing! We found the restaurant and dining area spotless with one of the best locations and views that you could ever wish for.

Family holiday in Turkey
We stayed at Paloma Club Sultan for two weeks late Sept early Oct 2012 paid extra to book superior rooms in bungalow blocks with panoramic sea views.
On arrival found bungalow block to be two story blocks and superior rooms to be very run down could see why no bathroom photos in brochure.
As for the panoramic sea view they would have been good had it not been for the trees and shrubs that have been allowed to grow so high they are all round balcony and made seeing out of the window impossible.
Food not to bad however paid for exclusive breakfast in Artemis restaurant which was not as good as in main restaurant.
Bars ok, however the theater where main show take place is at the opposite end of complex.
Pool areas were the only really good thing at this location.
We would not recommend this location however if you do wish to go do not pay extra for the superior rooms as they are not value for money.

Fantastic time in Turkey
We stayed at the Club Sultan which is a fantastic holiday village with all the facilities you could wish for to keep a 6 year old entertained for 2 weeks. Indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool, kids pool and another pool, also water slides. Situated on 2 private sandy beaches with lifeguards at the pools and the beach. The food was excellent with a rotating 7 day menu, so much variety. The room was comfortable with a double for us adults and a single for my daughter, fridge, balcony, small TV, plenty of storage for clothes and well equiped bathroom with bath and shower. The Thomas Cook kids club was fantastic, providing enough time in the day to have a break from the kids and some evenings where we could go and enjoy the al a carte restaurants knowing the kids are in safe hands and happy doing kids stuff. The turkish bath and spa facilities were superb! With plenty of free treatments. The entertainment was very amusing with mini disco every night for the kids. The weather was 26-32 degrees every day with a nice warm breeze except for one day of showers (we stayed 30/09 - 15/10). Special thanks to Keiran Hill the TC Rep, he was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the local areas to visit, we participated in the shopping trip/tour to Kusadasi for genuine fakes, lovely harbour town and took a Nomadic safari including donkey ride which really showed us the real Turkey and not just the resort. These were booked through Kieran and were great value for money. Also special thanks to Becki Freeman and Lucy Muirhead the two TC kids club reps who were amazingly friendly and great with the kids, all 3 reps worked so hard and really did make the holiday very enjoyable. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone, great value for money. Scenery was beautiful, staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and there weren't enough Germans or French to spoil it.

family holiday through thomas cook
we booked in March to go to club sultan in Ozdere Turkey, we had no idea on what to expect when we got there apart from what it said in the brochere, the rooms were really clen and very spacious(not that we spent much time in them at all as we were all inclusive so we was always either on the beach or mainly down at the activity pool where there was always somthing going on.
our overall holiday was fantastic and we all enjoyed it very much as like i mentioned there was always so much going on with games in the pool to doing watersports in the sea(which you do have to pay for) the weather is fantastic in july which makes the holiday even better! we were allinclusive so i was dreading the food a little as me and my daughter are fussy eaters but we had no need as there was such a wide variety and infact the food was amazing.
there are alot of hills and steps though around the comlex so if u have walking difficulties or small babies n need pushchairs it is quite a struggle so be prepared!! there is a kids club and all the girls are very friendly and make you feel very welcome, my daughter loved being at the kids club with the girls!
thomas cook also do alot of trips to different places... we went on a boat trip which was lovely and to Kusadassi shopping which i definalley recommend! our Reps Kieran and Jessica were fantastic they were very helpfull and we all got on very well with them both.
the only down fall id say to the holiday was that the nighttime entertainment was more fot the french as the hotel has more french than English guests so most nights we just sat up by the terrace bar as the ampitheartre was entertaing the french guests.. the english are more than welcome to go but no thanks as we didnt understand what was being said.
we would definaltly go there again though, the club sultan is a lovely clean holiday complex.
