Great holiday for two friends
The resort had all you could ask for. Clean bungalow. Good room service. Used the golf carts that go around taking people places. Although up a hill it was good to walk around and beautiful views from all parts of the resort. Food brilliant. Loved the Turkish themed night. Only went to one entertainment night. Theme was Michael Jackson and it was amazing. Beach lovely. Always can get a subbed for two. Stayed at beach bar for lunch. Homemade pizza was lovely and had it every day. Spent most evenings at piano bar with cocktails and wine listening to man on guitar. Went to market on weds however it was too busy for our liking! Staff brilliant. However male waiters bothered us a bit because we were young girls on our own.

Fantastic Family Holiday
Where do i start?! I travelled in a party of 17 of which 4 were children aged 2, 8, 9 and 11. I think i speak on behalf of us all when i say what an amazing time we all had.
This hotel has everything you could possibly need or want for all ages. The staff were all polite, the animations team were absolutley fantastic (we have even become facebook friends with most of them). The waterpark isn't huge but it has more than enough for hours of fun and should you get bored (unlikely) then there are 3 other pools to choose from and a large kids pool for the younger holidaymakers. I could go on and on about how great this place is but i'd be here all night. We plan to go back next year, the first time we have chosen to re-visit a holiday destination. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Go and see for your self, you won't be disappointed.

Great Family Holiday
Our 3rd visit in 4 years.
The hotel is very good / excellent. The majority of staff are friendly and polite, could not do enough, especially around the marina bar.
Location is brill for visiting towns & attractions, such as Ephesus.
For 10 days the food variety is good, when going for 2 weeks it does become a bit "same'y" though. The quality is excellent.
Rooms are cleaned every day, we stopped in the bungalows which were brill for us, nice and spacious for 4. Have stopped in the hotel before, the room then was lush.
Entertainment on the night was okay, alot of nationalities to cater for, but do a good job.
Pools are excellent, lots of variety for little ones. The marina beach is good, however compared to previous years there did seem to be alot of litter on the beach, cigarette ends mainly, the main beach area was terrible for this... lack of respect of holiday makers.
The sea was spot on, warm & clean.
For toddlers or children, the lack of play park or anything does knock the complex down somewhat. Besides the childs disco, there is very little for toddlers or the little ones to do after the mini disco, apart from sit in the piano bar with mom and dad, lol, an enclosed play park would of been a godsend for us, with a very active 1 year old, who kept running off, just knowing he was in an enclosed safe area to play would of been a welcome 10 minute break :-)
The complex is built into a cliff, difficult for wheel chair users, or those less fit. Just a warning.
In summary its an excellent holiday, however i did feel slighlty underwhelmed this year. The service compared to previous years wasnt as at the high standard the first year we went, nor was the cleanliness of the beach... plus found the clientel more "touristee", i.e. dressed down for dinner etc... wasnt allowed before, plus some staff were less smart, etc.... not a massive gripe, just that it didnt seem as a higher standard as before.... perhaps i am getting older & grouchier, lol
Would I recomend - yes.... Would I go again - not sure, if price right yes, if something else of similar price & standard, perhaps not (a change may be on the cards).
Also, if go into town, dont be scared to barter (& get your Lira when there, much better rate!)

great family holiday in turkey
we had a fantastic holiday in Pine Bay the complex was so lovely and clean the people were really friendly .i would recommend Pine Bay and we will decently go back. the only thing that i can complain about is that you can only get free ice cream between 4 and 5 for 1 hour.

pine bay turkey
Where do i start, The food was the same every day had to cue all the time and ran out of plates and cuttlery,Waiting staff only looked after foreign hoiliday makers not english,The rooms very basic with no coffee making facilities, people slept on sun loungers through the night to reserve , wasn't enough beds for the amount of people in the hotel.

beautiful setting - bit of a let down overall
The resort itself is in a stunning location - own bay with 2 beaches and a marina. The downside was the hotel was not geared up to cope with the quantity of guests. There were never enough sunbeds (most towels were placed on sunbeds by 6.30am!, and not being occupied till lunchtime!) management seemed to turn a blind eye at this practice. The evening meal was always a nightmare, some times were quieter than others either really early or just before the dinner was due finish. (ran out of cutlery and could never eat together as a family - in fear of losing your table)The food however was of good standard and we ate well (I did suffer with upset but I had the fish!) everyone else was fine. Ear ache was rife, my husband suffered and my son did come home with a nasty eye infection which lasted 3 weeks. The rooms in the bungalows were very poorly decorated and furnished and the bathroom smelt of drains in the morning, they need a total refurb to bring them up to 4*. loved actual place but dissapointed with rooms and service from the overstretched staff. on a good note kids loved the snorkling and never said they were bored or hungry, and the place was clean. Good family memories - but will not return. note to their management : The main lobby is beautiful , they should replicate the decor and detail throughout the hotel and its bungalows and it would be a winner from us. we did not expect the hilton but its stars do not live up to it.

Not very good Pine Bay resort
We got there having booked(not last minute) a four star all inclusive family of four holiday, mainly because the slides looked great for our girls.
We arrived a 4.00 am in the morning, had a slow check in, and were taken to a completely unsuitable 'bungalow'. It had THREE SINGLE BEDS for a family of four. We rang down to reception and they said tehy would bring another single be dup..... not what i was thinking of for myself and partner but nvm. However the two rooms were so tiny they could not even fit in another single bed.
My partner was then taken around several other rooms, until finding one that catered for us e.g. they tried to put us and our girls at first in separate hotel rooms #they are 8 and 6#!!!!
Queues..... Egg for breakfast - queue. Pancake for breakfsat queue. Something meat of fish, or fries - massive queue.
Eventaully after sorting out meals for us and children we invariably had to sit indoor in an un- airconditioned hall.
If we did get a table outside it would have dirty plates on. Cutlery was not available - it is on the table they said - but the tables are not cleaned and relaid with any speed for this to work.
Entertainment was usual holiday stuff after evening meal - ok.
However very nice pools.

holiday in pine bay kudasaki
lovely location - but the down side was having to fight morning and evening for your evening meal - all 3000 guests descend on the dining room - literally fighting for a table then cutlery - very stressful - dreaded meal times!!
