As a first time traveller to Turkey, I could not believe what I had been missing all these years!! I was pleasantly surprised by the climate, the resort and its people. The Hotel Korymar was just a dream; it has a fabulous cliff-side position and it was lovely to look to the port each morning to see another cruise liner. Sun-bathing on the jetty had all the benefits of the beach without the mess; a seaside breeze, the sound of the waves; it was spacious and hassle-free. The speciality restaurants are a must- the food was of a high standard, in beautiful settings. However the daily restaurant displayed an equally high standard, with a large variety of dishes.
If I had to make any criticism (and it would be with some reluctance)service was a little slow over breakfast with coffee service, but you could always serve yourself!!
I would return/recommend without hesitation

LAST MINUTE HOLIDAY
THIS WAS OUR FIRST TRIP TO TURKEY. A GREAT LAST MINUTE DEAL - REAL VALUE FOR MONEY. WE HAD A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY. WE STAYED AT THE KORUMAR HOTEL IN KUSADASI. THE STAFF WERE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE FOOD WAS GREAT - LOTS AND LOTS OF IT - AND TASTY
WE COULD SEE THE CRUISE SHIPS IN THE HARBOUR FROM THE DINING ROOM AND THE SUNSETS ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL. TURKEY IS A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN.

Trip to Ephesus
Hotel felt compelled to force us to eat outside even if weather was inappropriate and tablecloths were flying off the tables. Hotel is high on cliffside and in some circumstances very windy and therefore uncomfortable. Addditionally as smoking is not permitted in rooms some guests resort to their balcony and show no consideration for other guests.
Kusadasi is a trashy resort and we would never contemplate staying there again. We went because of its proximity to Ephesus.

The hotel Koruma we couldn't fault the hotel staff couldnt do enough for us, food delicious although the restaurant did get a tad busy and we found we were waiting rather a long time for a waiter to serve us a drink but that was the only gripe we had..

great and just as good second time around
we did this last year and had to come back, all the staff are great. especially the pool and snack bar staff. The hotel is clean almost to the obsessive. Brilliant pool and leisure facilities. The entertainment whilst good for turkey is fairly low key and most things are closed by midnight. There is a disco attached to the complex but we didn't use it. best to stick to the town which is lively. This hotel would suit couples and families rather than male or female groups. If you like your privacy there are lots of quiet areas and there is no need to race down to the pool area you are always guaranteed a spot with a sun shade included. activities around the pool will keep most people satisfied if required there is water volleyball, shooting, keep fit and archery. it's worth paying the extra for the sea view it's stunning!

Fab time in turkey
Thomas Cook could not fault, rep was always in touch to make sure we were ok
First time in Turkey, what a surprise Turkey its beautiful..
Hotel was really great, lots of quality service and activiities if you want them night entertainment not up to much
Few moans we had mature people with us,the pool didnt have steps into a shallow end so for them not so good swimmers or slightly disabled folk its not user friendly
Also disappointed you had to pay for water with our evening meal even though we were half board
apart from that its a great place place views where outstanding

My first holiday which I booked myself after going on a lot of holidays with my family to 4* hotels so was really hoping it was going to live upto expectations. It DID!! The hotel was amazing and the food was top quality. We only stayed there for a week and were all inclusive so we didn't see too much of the resort but what we did see was great. But hey it's a good excuse to go back nxt year...hopefully! (: The layout of the hotel grounds was magic as you could always find a lovely picturesque spot. Our room had the most amazing seaview it really was stunning, and it had everything we needed, in particular the free mini bar!!!! (: We received great service from Thomas Cook who remained informative and personal throughout the trip and I am looking forward to booking through them again in the future. We found that the information on the internet was spot on, our expectations were high and were met in every way. I could go on forever.....!!

A week in Kusadasi
The holiday was brilliant. The hotel service was first class. The excursion to Ephasus was good with a good guide but we objected to the stop at a ceramics shop on the way, supposedly organised by Thomas Cook, which was a rip off and should not have happened.
Otherwise, we had a splendid holiday. We went to the old Turkish Baths in the town and that was fantastic. Our first holiday with all-inclusive saved a lot of money at the hotel.
