The Ersan Resort & Spa is a firm favourite thanks to its beachfront location, and it certainly makes the most of the sea views through its rustic-style grounds. The pool scene is another big draw, especially with the onsite aquapark. For all you big kids at heart there are nine waterslides for non-stop fun. If you prefer a more relaxed vibe, there are three swimming pools to laze by and plenty of sunloungers on the beach. Head to the spa for some serious pampering or enjoy a swim in the indoor pool. The hotelʼs got plenty for the kids too, with their own pool, kidsʼ club and mini-disco. A perfect choice for couples, families and groups of friends.

Please note: due to the number of steps at this property, it is not recommended for those with mobility difficulties.

All outdoor activities and facilities are subject to weather conditions and may not operate in April or October.

Good family hotel. Just returned from a family holiday at the Ersan Resort & Spa in Bodrum. Overall a good holiday, lovely hotel, great facilities for kids (waterpark, pools etc) and fantastic sea views. Just a couple of gripes regarding the main restaurant - the drinks service is pretty poor as on 6 out of 7 occasions we had no drinks served with our evening meal as either no waiter came to ask our order or if they did then they forgot to bring the drinks anyway. Secondly why is "beach wear" permitted in the restaurant for evening meals when it specifically states smart casual attire should be worn? - this was definitely not enforced (flip flops, vests and shorts are not smart casual!!) Awful Thomas cook rep was awful my child got bit and had to be rushed to hospital and put on a drip insect bite, could not find Thomas cook rep all week hotel reception staff were rude, my other child left his iPod touch on reception went back for it and it was gone did not help us at all July 14, 2014
A little dissappointed The hotel was lovely. But the room let it down. We are a family with one child, so instead of a family room we got squashed into a double room which was tiny. two single beds which you would expect but then a tiny little put up bed which was under the air con unit so our son spent two weeks in bed with me and my husband had to sleep on the put up, as it was too cold for our son. Firstly Id like to say that overall this hotel was very nice, staff were friendly and the food was fine. It got very boring after two weeks as the meals are just on a turn around which is to be expected I guess. The lack of meat was sometimes a problem. As there was a lot of very fatty lamb or just chicken or liver! The al a cart restaurants are NOT al a cart! They are seated restaurant with waiter services yes, but the food is basically the same as the hotel restaurant but the problem is YOU HAVE TO PAY for your drinks!! If you walk out of the restaurant to the all inclusive bar a meter to your left the drinks are free..... your not allowed to take those drinks in with you though! I found this very wrong. The evening entertainment was sometimes hit or miss. we went to one show which was a comedy show and actually quite funny, but then we went to two other shows and they were terrible. Boring and just dragged out. Plus they actually start at 10pm so you don't get back to your room until 11;30 really and with an 8 year old this isn't ideal. The "kids disco" isn't a disco its for younger children really, and basically al the kids get taken on stage and taught holiday dance routines for half hour which is fine for under 5's. Again starts late at 9;30. One thing we also found odd was that this hotel didn't serve ice cream, apart from ONE evening a week in the main restaurant! My idea of all inclusive is being able to get my son an ice cream throughout the day without paying £5 at the little shop on the site! While staying you are offered a photo shoot, from a lovely guy called Ali. We went to this and the photos were amazing! We had family ones and ones as a couple, and some taken at sunset! We liked the photos so much we brought the full disc of 230 photos this cost us £150 and we also got some prints. well worth it. The pools were nice and cool and lovely and clean, but sun beds are a total nightmare. We have experienced this at other hotels but this was by far the worst! The hotel apparently have a policy that no-one is to lay there towels on the sun beds before 8am but everyone does! for 3 days we didn't have a bed because people save beds then go out for the morning and then come back to them! People also save beds at both pools and the beach so this made things very stressful as we had to join in on the stupid fighting by getting up at 7am and laying ours down! My husband and I had to take turns in laying the towels down and sitting on them until after 8 am which is what people were doing, otherwise you come back to find your towels thrown on the floor! This needs to be looked at!!! Overall, I would say it was a nice place to stay but it certainly has its down sides. The Children's club wasn't really for English children, there were two groups one for French and one for English, and the English one had 3-5 kids if your lucky, the French had 15-20. The hotel were far more interested in French people than English by far. The clubs entertainment etc was mostly in French. Flights! This is the 3rd time we have flown with either Thomas cook or Thompson and every time we say "we will never do that again!" all this company does is SELL SELL SELL, we were referred to as CUSTOMERS not PASSANGERS which is exactly how your made to feel, the seats down lay back, and the leg room is tiny!! Food was rubbish and very expensive to buy extra drinks. WE wont be flying with them again. August 27, 2013
A marvellous place to stay. We regularly visit Turkey and the hotel and resort is the only resort that we have been to twice and will go again. The rooms are adequate for what you need. The food is amazing, the facilities cater for adults and children. The spa is fantastic and the childrens' pools with slides were perfect. The only negatives were the horrendous music played on an evening with no option for requests and lack of entertainment on an evening. It is a 10 minute bus from Bodrum. October 16, 2012
Excellent location, made very welcome, staff couldn't do enough for you, highly recommend the fish restaraunt Excellent hotel, the scenic location, staff made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, as for food - there was plenty of choice in the A/I restaurant + there was 5 other restaurants to choose from as well, highly recommended & well worth every penny. Wonderful holiday at the Ersan This is our second time at the Ersan and again the resort did not disappoint. We booked a superior room for the extra balcony space and the amazing sea views, which glow with color as the sun sets. When we first arrived there was a problem with the drains in our bathroom, once we made them aware, staff arrived very quickly and sorted out the issue. The resort itself offers so much, choice of restaurants, many pools and bars. We appreciated the golf cart service picking up and dropping off guests around the resort. The staff at the Ersan go out of their way to make it an unforgettable holiday. I was lucky enough to have my birthday while at the Ersan and the staff helped turn it in an amazing day! I love the bus ride into the town, cheap and with pretty coastal views. Great location for getting out and about to all the attractions. We are looking forward to getting back next year! Wish we had a bit more leg room on the flights, was so crowded and uncomfortable start to our holiday. October 11, 2012
