Rated 5 out of 5 by TeamDtimes4 Perfect October half term break.
Chose this WOW hotel because it had variety of activities and would keep us all occupied for 7 days, and how right we where a perfect choice for family 4 - 2 kids aged 12 and 7 years. Kids club staff and activites where superb, hotel and surrounding area including beach where very clean and very well kept. The staff where superb, always keeping themselves busy, cleaning/sweeping and attending to guests. Rooms very basic but clean with superb facilities including shower gel/soap and other toiletries. Espeically liked the towel service in rooms and at the pool/beach use, saved us a few kilo's in weight for luggage. On day one make sure you catch up with Grace Thomas Cook liaison she is fantastic, knows the property so well and everything about it, she is very welcoming and makes you feel like no questions are silly - mind you how she puts up with some of the 'comments' from guests is beyond me, she has patience of a saint. Treat the staff at the hotel with respect and courtesy and its amazing how they recipricate - make your holiday even more perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by emma69 third time here, great place
Fantastic location, out of town but plenty of local buses running to town. Great choice of food, with good waiters. Could not fault the bars or bar staff, all staff polite to myself and teenage daughters. My only complaint is the fellow English visitors who leave the disco at two in the morning making more noise than you could image and using blue language. Also the young English kids who were allowed by parents to run round the hotel lobby as if it was a playground. Would be even better if the Brits knew how to behave. Entertainment staff always on the go encouraging you to join in with the many planned activities.

KEEP THE THOMAS COOK RESTUARANT!! We wil definatly go back as long as the Thomas Cook Restuarant is still there!!
Only down fall was the food but once we knew about the Thomas cook restuarant we were happy, maybe more kids friendly meals but we got by.
Kids loved it its all they have talked about since we went.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kylachoco lovely holiday in Turkey
We had a lovely family holiday at the Topkapi in Turkey. Hotel was lovely and clean with fantastic facilities. Unfortunately not all facilities were open as we went Oct/Nov. would recommend people go before the end of October to get full use of the hotel.
Swimming pool was fantastic, my son loved the slides.
All staff were very friendly.
Entertainment was a bit on the poor side but again im putting that down to the time of year that we went.
Food was lovely, even my picky child found something to eat each meal time. Always plenty of variety and if you dont fancy the buffet there were plenty of restaurants to choose from.
An added extra was that you get to use this hotel plus the Kremlin palace next door.
There are lots of cats around the hotel so if your not a cat fan this might not be the place for you although guests in other hotels said they had cats too. This wasnt a problem for me and the kids loved playing with them.
All in all a pretty good holiday, would return again but probably at a different time of year

Rated 1 out of 5 by steveo not a lot to do know wear to go
The HOLIDAY WAS AT ANTELAYA TURKEY. The holiday was all inclusive but to get to the bar took on average half an hour. Once you had got a drink usually there was no where to sit. You could not go for a walk along a front as there was no wear to go as there was nothing around there was no entertainment on at all. There was supposed to be a pianist on some nights if he bothered tgo turn up. When in the dinning room it was full of football teams and there was a shortage of tables one night we were forced to sit outside for evenning meal but it wasnt that warm, so youjust grabed something fast and got back in the warm. This usually meant going to your room at about 7 30 and that was it for the night as you knew you would struggle to get a drink and a seat so it wasn't worth it. Our feeling is that this hotel is not suitable for the cooler months. as the bars are outside for warmer weather. This holiday has put us of wanting to go to Turkey ever again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by paul1 Great holiday. Fun had by all.
The only downfall was we arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning and left very late the following Saturday night. We requested we keep our room so as we could get ready for our flight home and we were charged 80 Euros to have the room for an additional 5 hours, which we felt was unfair due to our late arrival.
