Zeynep Golf & Spa Resort
On arrival we were taken to the Zeynep Resort to check in, the process was done with great precision and within no time we were being shown to our room in the golf and spa resort. We were shown to room 5343. Large room with a double and a single bed, coloured flat screen TV no English channels other then the BBC worldwide service and a sky sports channel. Ample storage space, free large safe, NO coffee or tea making facilities. Mini bar supplied with water, a can of coke, orangeade and lemonade and fruit juice but only the water and fruit juice is replaced when used. Large bathroom with walk in double shower, shampoo and shower gel supplied.
The golf and spa resort is just an extension of the Zeynep Resort; there is no reception desk in the golf and spa resort. For check in and check out or any maintenance problems then you have to go to the Zeynap Resort main reception. Even the Thomas Cook welcome meeting is held at the Zeynap Resort. It is advertised as two different properties but it is not.
The restaurants at both the Golf and spa and the resort were very good, the resort was always much busier then the golf and spa buffet and both offered the same choice of food. We tried the Italian and the Chinese Ala carte restaurants during our stay and both where very good but the services were a bit on the slow side. Considering that you had to pre book the day before and it was a set menu. There were various snack bars around both resorts offering various foods throughout the day.
The swimming pools at both the golf and spa and the resort were large and very clean with plenty of loungers around for everyone, there is an area with water slides and a kid’s pool, and there is also a laned Olympic sized swimming pool for the over 14s.
On the Friday that we were there they held a gala dinner, all the restaurants were closed at both resorts and they set up tables and a main entertainment stage around the main swimming pool at the Zeynap Resort. They laid on an outstanding buffet and food being cooked on very large bbqs. Taken into account that it was both resorts eating in the one place all the staff were great, from the chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff and waiting staff.
There is a reasonable sized market held in Kadriye on a Tuesday which is approx. 10min bus trip away, the bus stop is right outside the resorts main gate and runs every 20mins approx. The best bit is that its only 1 euro each way per person.

fantastic family holiday in antalya belek
Sentido Zeynep Resort was lovely. We found our room very modern with a balcony looking out to the pool. Food at the hotel was great with lots to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good facilities at this hotel and they really do all they can to entertain you around the pool and at night with their late shows. Disco everynight but need to up their music choice. We stayed at the resort the whole 2 weeks because you would need a taxi to get around, not close to local streets or shops. But however i would recommend this hotel and would go again. We just got back on 10th Aug and really miss it. Just one thing lots of bugs and lizzards!!!

Fantastic holiday yet again @ Zeynep Resort
The best hotel ever. Have stayed at this hotel 15 times and each visit the hotel just gets better an better The staff at all levels are really friendly and helpful they all go out there way to help you and make your holiday special. The animation team are absolutely brilliant very hard working. It is nice to meet up with people from Britain & other countries that we have met up with there before on their return visits. Food is excellent & plenty of it. They serve apple strudel on a Thursday afternoon which is to die for. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels every day. You can get every thing ya need on the resort, but there is a market twice weekly not far where ya can get a taxi or a bus to if ya want a change of scenery. Either visiting as a couple or with family all ages which we have done both it is a brilliant holiday

good holiday for us and disabled daughter in Cyprus
Having used Thomas Cook on numerous occasions ,we have always got first class service. From the travel agent staff to the UK airport staff. The staff on board the airplanes deserve a massive pay increase for what they have to put up with. The weak link is the return desks. They always come a cross as you,ve had your holidays now go. We had a 4hr plus delay on our last holiday but better than going home with a faulty engine. The staff at the Anastasia Beach Hotel in
Cyprus were billiant with us and our disabled daughter. If anybody says the hotel
is not disable friendly Thomas cook staff will research and find the good the bad and ugly and then let you make up your own mind.Next Cyprus holiday back to the Anastasia for us.

Great Chill out in Sentindo Hotel in Turkey, excellent.
The Hotel was very good and very good value for money. Two of the other restaraunts we visited i.e. the Chinese and Med within the hotel did not match up to the rest of the hotel standards as the service in them were very slow, and the food average,
