Great for all ages
We have just returned from this Hotel for the 2nd time and have to say it was better than the 1st as u get to now the staff better whom make your stay feel like home away from home. Food is amazing and so much choice from 5 eateries never once had a bad experience. There is always something to do around the hotel put on by the animation Team they are fab there all day and always smiling u are not pressured to do it but they will ask as they don't want to leave people out or u can just relax by one of the many pools or on the beach that is adjourned to the hotel. They have excursions run by the reps but to be honest u can just get a bus into Antalya for 15 Euros return worth a day out there. Loved this place that much that we will be booking yet again to go either this Christmas time as it looks amazing there at Chrismas and weather wont be to bad either or next yr. So i really think more ppl need to take notice of this hotel as not many brits seem 2 go here but others on the island just try it u will wanna go back again and again. Thanks Thomas cook for helping me with a great holiday :)

Could not fault the hotel/resort and service of this holiday on any aspect. Everything was top notch and all requests were looked after promptly. We spent 28th March to 7 April at resort and the weather was lovely...managed to get a tan and just relax by the pool. Being out of season there was lots of activities and options to keep children and ourselves occupied such as darts, shooting, tennis and spa (my favorite!! ) We found the staff very friendly and to a point I had only to walk up to the bar to get my regular order. Its a quieter time at the hotel but entertaining all the same. Animation team was very welcoming! Thanks to Unsal, Samet, Harry, Momo and rest of the team. Resort was very clean and the food was a varied selection. My birthday was a made extra special by the staff and the restaurant in the resort was absolutely fantastic!! Thanks for birthday banner and gift in room and all the trimmings.
Having a specific gluten/lactose free diet I had many options.
I love spa retreats and this spa was amazing! Our first Turkish hamam was a unique experience and massage was divine(NB: bikini is a must have) . A must try for kicking off the holiday! We have long curly hair and the hair stylist at the in-house hair salon did the best haircut and blowdry in ages. We wore the poor guy out but he was a gem!
We took a taxi into Belek, where we did a bit of shopping. Got to have a strong resolve as they are persistant. Take Euros/Dollars for shopping but tipping in Lira. I used a Clarity credit card most of the time as my bank doesn't charge me for transaction and best rate negiotiated.. not to mention obviously safer. Picked up a unique pendant at the jeweler in the resort.
With regard to Thomas Cook, we missed our coach from the airport due to visa clearance and feel the tour operator should have waited for us. We missed the meet and greet at the hotel which left us a bit hungry until dinner time. We made sure we didn't miss our coach on departure which as a bit late. The flight back was in a Thomas Cook plane which was cramped for legroom and our family with two teenagers was seperated which was unnecessary as all the passengers were seated at the rear of the plane, leaving the middle completely empty. Flight crew was lovely and good to allow us to move about the plane and eventually sit together.
Turkey really made a good impression on us and will be returning soon particularly to Limak Atlantis resort. We have already passed the details along to friend who are in the processing of planning there holiday at the resort.
We would book with Thomas Cook again in the future.

Value for money
We arrived at this hotel 18th Feb. The hotel entertainment staff are second to none. Very friendly and polite, hard working and always pleasant. Your holiday is what you make it and I would recommend you get to know the entertainment team as soon as possible as this really does make your holiday more enjoyable. Harry in particular is extremely funny and will always make you feel welcome.
The food is fine, always something for everyone. A lot of english speaking staff . The hotel is international so if you don't like mixing with other nationalities I suggest you go caravanning in the UK. If your not hard to please, enjoy mixing and relaxing by a pool or a sun soaked beach with friendly people then this is the place for you. Had a really nice break although outdoor pools were closed to refurb (and a bit too chilly) there was plenty to do for all.

Great week on my own
I was worried to go to such a big hotel as I wanted to have a time on my own, but it was just perfect. Even though hotel is big, I had a wonderful and pleasant stay without disturbances. I loved to walk on the beach, I enjoyed indoor pool, Turkish bath and healthy food. It was a great week.

well below expectations!
after booking this holiday and being sold this holiday, and being told it was situated on lara beach, we arrived and we extremly dissapointed to find that this was not the case and lara beach was infact a 50 min drive.
the welcome staff and bell boy service are fantastic. shame the same carnt be said for the bar staff as they are ignornant and rude towards the english!
the food in this hotel is completely and utterly disgusting for a 5* ... we have had better food in a 3*. the food was exactly the same for breakfast dinner and tea and had no variety at all. if you like chicken then your on to a winner, because thats all thats served every meal time! no english food what so ever.
we spent over £100 on pringles!!!!
there was nothing at all to do in the hotel and there was no daytime entertainment for adults or children inside or out. there was one decent show on during the night time, that was once in the whole week we were there.
the nearest town was a 50 min walk or a 15 drive.
the rooms on a whole were extremly clean and well presented and spacious.
mini bar was included and filled up everyday, which was a bonus as all you are served is cheap pop.
we recieved green bands on arrival, which was soft drink all inclusive. later on we saw people with red bands on, and on enquiring and about upgraded it an aclchol all inclusive so we could drink the branded drinks ... which we wanted to pay for in order to upgrade... we were told that this was only for turkish people!
we are absolutly put off by turkey now and will not be returning ever!!
this hotel has put us off for ever!
thanks for wasting our money!!

We had an absolutely amazing holiday. The only decision we had to make each day was where shall we eat and where shall we relax and enjoy the sun. There are different zones to suit any age group. Pick from the quiet slightly shaded area with running water running around the pool area (very peaceful) or go to the main pool to enjoy the entertainment, or sit under the pine trees watching the kids going down one of the many slides and finally on the beach with entertainment and water sports. I was particularly impressed with amount of children play areas to suit very small children and up, some of these were under cover, to protect from the sun but not from the heat. There are notices around the pool advising they are not manned at all times, i can not remember many times when there was not one close by.
Finding somewhere to eat is never far away, from the burger place on the beach to the patisserie (with the most wonderful cakes and waffles), the main restaurant and the al a carte restaurants. Don't expect to go home without putting on a few pounds.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful but not too much, and all speak basic english, no problems with understanding when they asked what we would like to drink. There are some wonderful areas dotted around with big sofa type seating, if you sit on one of these they will come to you to ask if you would like a drink.
Normally the night entertainment is not very good but apart from a strange show of Michael jackson songs with a dancing white glover!!! they really quite good, especially mama Mia and the african acrobats.
The rep was also very welcoming and gave good information and advice. Although i would have preferred to have been told that the euro is the preferred tender before i got there and also that they do not allow any creams or liquids (even under 100ml) through the airport.
If you are looking for either a relaxing holiday to recharge your battery or some where that offers activities and trips out this is for you. I would love to go back as soon as i have lost enough weight.

wonderful relaxing holiday experience
This was an excellent holiday experience. The hotel lived up to it's 5 stars.
We had a superb room overlooking a quiet pool and garden area. Could not fault the room, the food, the drinks or the service. The hotel was quiet as we were there from 11th April. The standard of cleanliness is outstanding and all the staff are very friendly. The entertainments team were very professional and did not pressure us into taking part as sometimes happens in other resorts.. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break in the early Spring then look no further. This hotel cannot be beaten. Possibly in high summer it will be much livelier and noisier.

Enjoyable holiday in Turkey!
The hotel was great - definitely 5 star even though it was a bit of a building site in areas. Pools were huge with slides. The entertainment team is great - really funny. We thought the staff were great and helpful. Great Service. Shame most of the restaurants were closed.
