Rated 5 out of 5 Great Holiday
When we first arrived we were placed in the 'old' bungalows and the air conditioning was very poor. However, we raised this with the Guest Services Manager and were moved to the 'new' bungalows which were great. The reception staff are abrupt, but you have very little to do with them and all other staff can't do enough.
The pool was we spent the week by the quiet pool with hardly any children around. All the entertainment for the kids was done by the other main pool and far enough away not to impact on our relaxing time.
The food was good and as long as you don't want imported drinks you can have cocktails.
We really enjoyed the holiday and would go back again.

have been to 4 other hotels in turkey, but this was the worse, it was not a 5 star hotel, the food was mostly the same every day, i dont know how ways you can cook turkey meat , but they found a way,there was about 8 english people in the week we were their, this was a iberostar bellis hotel, recommened by your shop staff, well dont think il be shopping instore again.

the food was the same got feed up eating the same food every day it was not worth the extra money that we paid as we were all inclusive and if you order a cock tail you had to pay have and for the snack at the pool bar and ice creem.

Arrived last night to be given a twin room
We just married
Given a double room with no air con , now fixed rooms are beyond basic with not even a kettle
In the broucher it quote modern rooms I have stayed in better tents I'm now off to see rep

Terrible hotel, rude personal on the reception desk, dirty and old room( tv and mini bar was not working) cleaners did not come in our room at all, asked throw reception to change towel , not tasty food

Main drawback zero chance for a late check out
If your considering going to this resort chances are that you'll have a night flight back to the Uk and the hotel will ask you to check out at midday meaning you'll have at least 14 hours without a room.
Thomas Cook seem unable or unwilling to manage this simple issue.
Rooms are not 5* more like 3*. And the room AC was flaky and poor at managing the high temp of August.
Otherwise a decent hotel with excellent food
And day time entertainment for the kids.
Night time entertainment was a mixed bag something like butlins for Russians.

This was our sixth visit to a holiday resort in Belek in seven years. We have stayed at the Arcadia, the Sun Zeynep and on a late booking the Bellis.
The rooms were not in the main hotel but in blocks situated around the main pool areas. The Bocks were a good size and we liked that we were only a few hundered yards from the Beech. A good standard with good air con.
Our boys have grown on Turkey holidays and now in late teens. Lost for them to do and great night club.
Food was the best we have had from the three resorts and you can book free into any of the five special resterants, Italian and Fish were the best.
Best service we have had from the three.
90% Russian, but all speak some English and we all got on well.
Would reccomend and we will likely return.

Positives - Our first time in Turkey and we all had a nice relaxing break. Weather very good and able to lie at the pool every day. In general, the hotel was pretty good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel and it's grounds were spotless and very well maintained.
Negatives - very little in the way of evening entertainment e.g. bingo one night and a female violinist on 3 other occasions! Food was ok and palatable, but limited variety. If you really like chicken and turkey, you'll be fine, but no beef or pork on the menu. Also if you're looking for a cooked breakfast in the morning, this isn't the place for you, as there was no bacon, sauages or beans. However, you should be able to find something e.g. there are various cereals and boiled, scrambled or fried eggs and toast available.
Room okay and kept very clean. However next to service lifts, which seemed to be on the go throughout the night. Also smell from air con - we reported it and although it improved, they seemed unable to cure it completely.
