Rated 4 out of 5 by Great family holiday Just arrived back having stayed here for 2 weeks with my two children aged 6 and 3 and another group of 5. The hotel was clean, the food was as you would expect in a 3* it was hot and there was plenty of choice albeit it was the same every day for breakfast and lunch and can get a bit boring after 2 weeks. The staff went above and beyond being courteous and helpful. There was entertainment every night which the kids enjoyed lots of animal shows including parrots doing tricks. Not far from the beach albeit hope you are fit as the steep hill climb at the end of the day can be a bit on the tiresome side especially after a day chasing kids about. The only down side would be the main pool and baby pool are seperated luckily i was with friends but otherwise i would not have been able to split myself as the main pool was too deep for my youngest but my eldest who can swim wanted to go in there. The other downside would be the day of leaving there is one shower which is located in the luggage room so you have people in there locking the door so you are unable to get your luggage until they have finished. However all in all we all had a fab time and would recommend these apartments August 22, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Best holiday iv had in years Just back from a weeks surprise holiday to Playa Olid was Amazing staff were fantastic hotel really clean and everything basically on our doorstep loved it so much already planning our next visit but this time taking our 2 kids cant wait to go back the only one thing that i would say is the food could have been better but to be honest i never starved i always found something to eat plus theirs that many great places round about the hotel. I honestly couldnt fault any part of the hotel every bit in our eyes was 100% Thanks to everyone in the Playa Olid my family husband and I will defently be back see you all soon :* May 1, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great family hotel Stayed at the playa olid for one week at Easter . The apartments are really large and spacious with plenty of storage . We even had a washing machine and although we were all inclusive we had a full kitchen with kettle / coffee perculator and fridge. Food was more than adequate although the restaurant could get busy. No bother getting sun beds. Proper all inclusive drinks ( in glasses ) on a night time .great location only downside was the noise from the road April 22, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Essential break from English winter! First time at Playa Olid but third time to Costa Adeje. Apartments were clean and spacious - lots of wardrobe space for two of us. We loved the sunbathing terrace above the pool. Great location, within short walking distance of beach and harbour. Cafes and restaurants all nearby and there's lots to choose from. We stayed on self catering basis but never used the apartment cooking facilities, save for the toaster! Costa Adeje has to be our favourite resort in all Canary Islands. April 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Lovely Lovely hotel, clean, good sized, well equipped rooms, good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is based on a hill so may not be suited to everyone, I found costa adeje to be quite 'hilly'. There is some noise from traffic too but nothing serious. Short distance to plenty of bars and restaurant and near beach. February 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by great family holiday in adeje found the playa olid to be a great place to stay, staff friendly and helpful, food nice though we didnt go all inclusive but did eat a few times in the restraunt, beds changed daily and towels too if required, had emailed in advance of my sons birthday and they supplied a cake for him, our room was huge in comparison to most place we have stayed, excellent location for everything, busstops just outside and a short walk to beach and main centre, all in all a great holiday and will definately be back in 2013 October 28, 2012
