Great holiday in Tenerfie
Lovely hotel as long as you dont get a room on the first or second floor as these levels have not been refurbished yet.we changed rooms to one on the fourth floor and it was wonderful with lovely views.Food good and lots of choice but lining up for tea in the morning can take up to ten minutes. Spoke to manager and they are reviewing the situation.The hotel staff couldnt do enough for you ,friendly,helpful and alltogether excellent.The entertainment staff were amazing.
Overall this hotel in my view should be classified as a four star hotel

BEST TENERIFE HOLIDAY EVER WELL DONE THOMAS COOK
Hotel was perfect for us, adult only, great food and accommodation. The staff were very helpful and friendly and as the hotel is right on the sea, the stroll along to the bars was just right. i have quite bad walking difficulties and had no trouble at all. Highly recommended.
The only thing that spoiled our holiday was our case being lost on the return flight and no one helping to retrieve it. After two weeks no further forward.

A good hotel in a pleasant location
The transfers from and and to the airport left a lot to be desired. We were at the airport for 2.5 hours before departing for out hotels. We sat on the coach for 1.5 hours with no explanation and no rep. On return, we were picked up on time and then the driver took us to another hotel, parked on a zebra crossing and waited 40 mins for the next pick up - they were not late. Again no rep. Thomas Cook need to sort this out as Thomson provide a far better transfer service.

A nice room but the food & service from the waiting staff is awful
We have just returned from this hotel after a week. Found the food awful, often the dishes were not cleaned properly. Food lukewarm & limited in choice. We were amazed to find no teapots, hot water or milk jugs in the morning. A lady went around with a trolley offering a tea bag. Hot water & milk. No choice of milk & staff unable to say whether it is skimmed or not. No good if you suffer from allergies. It was the same with food whether it contained nuts. Also found the waiting staff often did not clear the tables, often had to stand waiting for food to be cooked. We did eat out most nights or had a meal at lunchtime despite paying for half board.
Reception staff were very friendly & helpful unlike staff in the dining room. Would only use this hotel on a room basis only if we went back.

now stayed at the hotel three times and will go back
Small hotel well run and no children (I like children but not on a chill out holiday)
Better to book a seaview room as the other rooms have no view or sun on the balcony. We spent all our day time at the pool which had plenty of room. Food very good and varied.

Room with NO VIEW
We booked this holiday in our local Thomas Cook rather than online, to ensure we got a
decent room!! Unfortunately we got the worst room in the hotel with NO VIEW.
DO NOT GO IN ROOM 800 as you will be extremely disappointed. The only view from our window was bamboo canes. We originally wanted to book a seaview room but were advised by the travel agent that there was none available.She advised us that on arrival we should request to be moved, when a seaview room became available.
So immediately we arrived, (before we had even seen room 800) we requested a seaview room. Room 800 is not suitable for 2 people, it is very small, has not been renovated, and Thomas Cook should not allow their clients to be put into it!
Luckily we were moved on the 3rd day although we had to pay a large amount for this.
At least we had 4 days left in an ok room, but certainly not 4 star!

Brill holiday would go again
Myself and my husband would definitely go again. Super location. You just walk out of the back gate and you are on the promenade and you can walk miles along it. We walked to Torviscas, it was a lovely long walk, with lots of shops and cafes on the way. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff are all helpful. There were one or two bits that could be better and on the questionnaire from the hotel we made suggestions but all in all it was brilliant. Wherever you go on holiday there are always little things that could be improved on but at this hotel there were hardly any and nothing major. The entertainment especially the Magician and Brown Sugar were absolutely fantastic. We want to go again so that says it all.
