Rated 4 out of 5 by Jules72 Great family holiday (August)
Oasis Duna - Family of 5, 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 6 year old.
We had a two bed apartment which was very clean. Maids came in most days and changed towels. Had problem with faulty toaster which was changed in approx half hour of us asking.
Pool area great, plenty of room and no probs getting sun loungers. Free entry to Baku waterpark opposite hotel was nice bonus. Fairly decent waterpark not worth cost to pay to get in but fab for free.
Not too impressed with town beach very small and lots of sea weed so we mainly sunbathed at the pool, I'm normally a beach lover so thought I wouldn't enjoy pool that much but loved it. La Olivia beach (sand dunes) was fab, white sand and great waves for the teenagers to try a surf board. Too far to walk though get the bus, cost us approx 8 euros for the family.
Main town stretch a short 5 min walk to start of shops/restaurants area. We ate out every night and enjoyed the atmosphere.
Out in town every night so only sampled hotel entertainment once which seemed fine, average hotel thing, not fantastic but certainly not bad either.
Lovely holiday would recommend to families.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 3577 very good value for money
after reading some reviews my wife and i did not know what to expect,we went self catering due to the reviews on the food.well we spoke with some others who all seemed to find the food fine.we did not eat there so we really dont know.as for the place its self.we found it fine, location was great just off the main strip.the pools are very big,top one was heated.plenty to keep the kiddies happy, the reps saw to that.the only complaint was towels and sheet change,i had to tell reception it was not done when it should of been i.e on the correct days.to be fair reception had it done more or less after i reported that they had not been changed.we stayed in a block, the place its self was always kept clean and the maids did there best.i dont really think some of the reviews were fair comment. lets be fair we all rent i holiday home for a week or two,i am honest in this remark no one complained in my hearing about any thing.we was there from the 20-02-13 until 06-03-13. i did as i said complain about towels, sheets it was put right almost at once.the dark haired lady the name began with m at reception put things right all you need to do is tell her.very nice and help full person.all in all we would return,we have stayed at bristol pala, also pala park,in the past so we do have a mark to judge this place on.give the place a try you will enjoy it.the kiddies will for sure they were never still.i hope this review will help others.

Just back from oasis duna in Fuertereventura had half term break with husband and 15year old son good food lots of choice, restaurant staff very friendly ,complex very clean, towels could have been changed more often than once in a 7 night stay.
Sofa bed a bit small when you have a teenager.
Overall very pleasant stay.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jules64 Been wouldn't go back!
No sunshine, that's not the company's fault but there for a week weather very poor, hotel room not to clean and food diabolical, would not go back to this hotel . Hotel nice and central pool area was fine, could have been moved but wanted another £176 each.

Rated 3 out of 5 by silvercloud so glad i went self catering
The reason i went sef catering, was the dissaster in Balgaria {all inc} last september, which im still not satisfied with the out come. The food at our hotel was the only way to discribe it was litterly pig swill. So i will never go all inclusive in the E.U. or just outside ever again. The beds in the Oasis duna are not comfortable, but clean. Everyone i spoke to said the food there was horrible. The loccation is ideal for and able bodied person to go for nice long walks, unfortuantly thats not me. I wish Thomas Cook would design some hotels with walk in showers, nearer to beaches and aminities, because not all travelers can manage in and out the baths and walk a distance to some places. Also for families with dissabled children, i mean they need holidays too. This would help a lot more places availible to ALL families. Please think about this Thomas Cook.

Rated 2 out of 5 by angiepal Great location but accommodation dire!!
Arrived at oasis duna apartments and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place looked, the pools were fab, the bars/restaurants looked good...... Then we got to our room and was totally gutted!! The smell of damp and sewage as we entered was gross, the decor was like walking into a hotel in the 80's. however we didn't let it dampen our spirits as we didn't come on holiday to sit in our room!
Had to keep the plugs in the sinks to keep the stink away and also (as my partner informed me after we got home) cockroaches coming up them!
I would happily visit this part of fuerteventura again but there is absolutely no way you would get me returning to this hotel!
I suppose it's a true saying "you get what you pay for"!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tina55 Great holiday
The accommodation was excellent very clean and fairly spacious. The local Yumbo centre was nearby just a 3 euro cab ride away. We recommend Sparkles show bar where drag queens are very entertaining.
