Built in 1912 the Miramar is one of Majorca's oldest hotels, but there's nothing out-dated about the facilities and service - they're second to none. And it's in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, right next to the beach, so if a mix of sun, sea and sand is high on your holiday list then you won't be disappointed. After a hard day's relaxing, slip on your dancing shoes and head into the centre for some night-time revelry: you'll find a good selection of bars, restaurants and discos to keep you entertained into the early hours.

Perfect location. Charming hotel. I enjoyed staying here with my parents in July. Perfect location, right on the Pine Walk. Breakfast is good, drinks in bare reasonably priced. Most of the staff were friendly and charming. The new spa area is an excellent addition to the Miramar. Would go back. August 31, 2012
Great 60th inMajorca Chose the Mirimar on Majorca after reading previous reveiws and was not dissapointed. This was for the wifes 60th and we were looking for a good hotel in a good location in Porto Pollenca and that is just what we had. Both the hotel and the service were excellent and the staff were both helpful and cheerful throughout the holiday.I would certainly recommend this holiday to anyone looking for a quiet but picturesque holiday. Everything we hoped for...and more We had promised ourselves to come to the Miramar in Puerto Pollensa afer a brief visit some years ago. The very traditional Hotel is right on the promenade - just a broad paved walk way separating it from its private beach bar & shaded sun bed area then the glorious white sand and crystal shallow water of the bay. The view out to sea was spectacular. The hotel itself was very good - everywhere including the rooms was extreemly clean. Maybe a little old fashioned in style and not particularly geared up for young children. However as with most hotels, the size and location of the individual rooms, even within the same 'standard' grade, varied considerably. Some had a tiny 2 chair balcony facing the inner floral courtyard, others on a lower floor had a quite large tiled terrace. The charge for a sea view with balcony was an extra 25 euro/day. We only had B&B so evening meals were out in town. There is a large central treelined market square with an abundance of good quality restaurants round the sides - excellent variety of foods and quite reasonable prices. The town is alive at night, but all quietens down before midnight. The markets in Puerto Pollensa and in the old town of Pollensa are something else - not to be missed. The unique Pine Walk along the water's edge from the Miramar is fabulous, and there is a super beach bar at the end for the G&T before the walk back. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the resort and the Miramar to anybody - a super holiday experience. August 2, 2011
Whitsun half term holiday The resort and apartments were a lot busier than when we last visted the same time 2 years ago and consequently we soon discovered how thin the walls/ceiling/floors are. I would thoroughly recommend the apartments and hotel facilities for location, charm and helpfulness but would suggest avoiding busy times of the year for a more relaxing holiday. June 18, 2011
Hotel Miramar Fantastic hotel right on the Pine Walk/sea front. Only a 3 star however the hotel is excellent quality. I would highly recomend the sea view. Staff are very friendly, helpful and can not do enough for you. Resort is lovely with lots of great restaurants to choose from. June 13, 2011
Recuperation in Puerto Pollenca We wanted a holiday that was going to be in a location within a couple of hours flying time from the UK, had some likelihood of good weather in late April, was somewhere with nice scenery and the opportunity for pleasant walks, but was also not too far away from amenities so that we could choose differnet restaurants for our evening meal. The Hotel Miramar in Puerto Pollenca fulfilled all these needs and more. The Hotel itself is in a very good location in the centre of the resort with the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. It retains its old world charm and is very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The Sea view rooms face the pedestrianised seafront, whereas the rooms at the rear of the hotel looking onto the paved garden area are either in perpetual sun or perpetual shade. This may be seen as a problem for some guests. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis and so did not eat dinner in the hotel. The breakfasts were well stocked, although the food on the hot buffet was rather cool at 9 a.m. when we came down to eat. I would recommend this hotel for holidaymakers who are looking for a peaceful location with good amenities in a pleasant setting. May 24, 2011
Great Hotel in Puerto Pollensa Hotel Miramar was an excellent choice for us. The room was very comfortable and we had a terrace with a sea view for which there was a supplement but it was well worth it. We couldn't fault this hotel in any way and the staff were superb. November 2, 2010
Holiday aug 2010 Everything great, hotel lovely and flights good. However, don't waste money pre booking your seats on the aircraft as when you get to the check in desk, the ones that you have chosen are not available. This happened on both out and inbound flights! September 12, 2010
