Had a great time, everything you need and want in Magaluf
I stayed in the hotel Honolulu for 5 days and ovrrall it was well worth the money. Dont expect the ritz it is a 3 star hotel and it is slightly run down but it is clean, the food is good and you can drink as much as you wan. The entertainmaint team are suberb and get everybody involved. Remember it is magaluf and it is full of young people who are out to have fun so if you want peace and quiet stay in Palma Nova with the gereatrics.

Fantastic Holiday at the Hotel Honalulu
Had one of the best holidays ever at the Hotel Honalulu, OK location is up a steep hill & has many stairs, so you need to be fit, the rooms are very basic & the air con could be improved, but the place is spotlessly clean, the food is very good & the staff were friendly & efficient. Would definatley stay here again

Great holiday for teenagers and club-goers!
Great for teenagers being so close to the Magaluf strip but a bit noisy for us adults, shared hotel with Club 18-30 so was kept awake most of the night and early hours. The Hotel did offer to move us but inland and this Hotel is right on the beach so perfect location really - we just bought some ear-plugs! I wouldn't say that it was "all-inclusive", it was supposed to be but you had to buy bottled water for instance, pay for a hair dryer, safe - all the things I would expect to be included in a Thomas Cook All Inclusive holiday package!

Not what it seems
Myself and my husband have come back from the honolulu. What a nightmare ! it once was a lovely place to stay having stayed here twice before with thomas cook. I booked in Jan for a week in July, on your booking form Thomas cook there is no mention this is now a 18 to30 hotel and not what it says ,couples only. We are both 39 and love a good time. But when young people are throwing Bottles and spitting off balconys , smashing the mirrors at the lifts on every floor and abusing the staff i have never seen any thing like it. makes me ashamed to be British. My husband was spat on from above while having a drink outside in the bar area in front of the hotel. There is no rep present in the hotel, you are taking mature couples here and families with teenagers not telling anybody what kind of hotel this now is.The food , the staff and Facilities are second to none , you are misleading people and they have a right to know , I will never book with you again. I have nothing against young people but you need to make it quite clear what you are selling .

Nice few days away not what i expected.
I stayed in Magaluf in June in The Majorca Beach Hotel and loved it! Hence the reason i decided to book to come back in September! I booked it as a late deal, i booked Hotel Honolulu as i knew someone who had stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and said it was the best holiday they ever had! But it wasn't the best for me, there was holes in the doors in the bedroom which had been punched in, our door never opened so security had to let us in all the time, the maid never changed my bedding, reception weren;t much help, i went downstairs to complain of alot of noise on my floor at 5am (floor 5) and they did nothing there was people arguing, screaming and banging on doors, the food wasn't the best but you get what you pay for. I was also ill on this holiday and required an emergency doctor in the early hours of the morning due to a viral infection. I am 18 years old and love magaluff but i jsut wouldn't reccommend this hotel at all, you also have to drag your suitcase up a hill and up a flight of stairs to get into the hotel.

First Girly Holiday
I stayed here in May 2011 with my sister and a friend.
After reading other reviews on the internet we were very unsure about what we were going to find but there was nothing to worry about.
The stairs up to the hotel are not a problem unless youve got a very heavy suitcase but we had some help from some guys who were sat outside so it wasn't much of a problem.
This hotel is deff for younger and lively people. It's not so quiet on a night being next to the strip and people do come in at 6am but as we were there for the clubbing we weren't bothered by this.
The food was ok (stuff you would eat at home, chips every night) one night we even had chicken fajitas. If you missed breakfast there were snacks on till lunch time (croissants etc) and snacks inbetween lunch and dinner which sometimes were better than the evening food.
The rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed every day and bedding changed once in the 7nights we were there (but how often do you really change it at home).
The pool bar is open till 5:45pm and then the bar inside opens till 11pm. You can drink pretty much all day and drinks included in all inclusive are very good, but if you want water you should really buy it from the local shops as they tried to charge us 1.50 euros for a small bottle and you could buy a 5 litre bottle for that price at the local shop.
Overall the hotel was very clean and we had a FAB holiday and are looking to book again next year.
