Highly Recommend. Excellent food. Staff brilliant.
We booked this particular hotel as I have recently had to go on a gluten free diet for health reasons and Ses Savines was meant to cater for gluten free - which they did brilliantly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have a dietary requirement as you will not be made to feel like a nuisance at all. The food is amazing and there is a wide range of choice. Paco, who was in charge of the dinning room would make sure I had something nice to eat every evening. He would happily show me round the buffet, pointing out what was gluten free, and even had the cook make me my own chicken. For breakfast there is a basket full of gluten free goodies. An absolute delight.
The location is fabulous. The hotel is right on the beach front, with such a lovely beach. Ibiza town is just a short walk away and there is a bus station nearby if you choose to do any day trips - old town is well worth a visit. There are also lots of little shops nearby and small markets. There are loads of restaurants nearby but we never used any as the food on offer at the hotel was so good. Not far from the hotel on the way to Ibiza town, there are lots of water activities such as para-sailing and boat rides - plenty of activities nearby.
The sunset strip (Cafe Mambo etc) are about a twenty minute walk away from the hotel. Here you can watch the sun go down, over the sea which is so beautiful.
The staff at the hotel complex are all so lovely and friendly and really do go above and beyond to help you out. Romeo, the night receptionist was so funny. The hotel has entertainment on every night which finishes around midnight so it isn't too noisy for families. Thomas Cook also has trips organised that you can go on if you wish to. Our hotel rep, Emily was very helpful too - she got our room swapped to a quieter one without any bother, with the help of the hotel staff.
I could not fault this place at all. I had a stereotyped view that Ibiza would be very noisy and full of clubbers but it was so not the case. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday then don't rule this place out cause you could be pleasantly surprised.
Thank you to all at Ses Savines and Thomas Cook who made this such a great holiday. Will definitely visit here again and highly recommend it.

great for party holidays
two girls,18 and 20, came out for a party holiday and we was not disappointed!!!
Rooms are basic (half board) two beds. bathroom and a balcony. Only downfall is you do not get a fridge.
Sea view balcony was nice to wake up to, lovely blue sea and the sunset of the bay.
If you are looking for a clubbing/party holiday I'd deffo recommend this one, 5 minute walk from all the bars and strip (far enough away so that you aren't kept awake by noise all night). Its a nice easy, quick walk along the sea front allowing you to see the clubs easily. Only downfall is the lucky lucky people trying to sell you things as you are walking, men aren't too bad as they take no for an answer however the women will grab you and begin to tie string around your wrists and charging 20+ euro's.
Bar men within the hotel were lovely, such a lovely atmosphere and could have a good laugh with them. especially the bald man and the one with light blue eyes!
Receptionists weren't really welcoming.
Maids were nice and friendly always around cleaning.

Great position for beach but you pay extra if you want air con!!
Hotel is in great location for beach and the pools although small are kept clean. The food is good, although like other guests, we would have liked to choose our own table-you are given a table at the start of the holiday and you must keep to that table-breakfast, you can sit outside. Our room was basic but clean. I was surprised that you have to pay 6 Euros per day if you want the aircon on. We slept with the balcony doors open so as a result we were woken up by the disco crowd returning at all hours of the night. The Hotel Kids Club is very good with a really enthusiastic English girl, 'Sara', in charge. The activities were split between the Savines and the Arenal, a sister hotel. My kids are 14 and 9 years old and they enjoyed the activities on offer. The evening entertainment was a good standard considering it's free and also alternated between the two hotels. Th restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Overall recommended

Great Holiday for all in Ibiza
Although this was only a cheapy holiday, I was a little disappointed with the self catering apartment. The apartment although was clean was in need of a make over, It was very tired and the self caterinf facilities very poor, We had to hire the kettle & Toaster and even the remote control for the Telly.
You could only cook the bare basics which would be no good for families with children.
The location was good, right on the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Chill out holiday
This hotel is in an excellent location, only 5 min walk from the west end where all the pubs are and 10 meters from the beech.
Was without doubt the best 2 star hotel i have stayed in. Did have some down points; such as no air con and bed sheets were not changed in the 11 days i was there. Also the sun loungers were hard to get as most people reserved them at 8am.
The food was average, not very suited to children and the menu was fairly basic without many changes throughout the week.
Would defo go back to this hotel tho as was cheap as chips and good location.
