Ok if your not staying in number two !!
Just returned from a week 28/05/2014 Upon arrival we already knew we were staying in mar amartis 1 as I had called the hotel myself a week before travelling as Thomas Cook had no luck with e mails they had sent we did not want to stay at number two as the reviews we had read some we're shocking and thank god we wasn't in number two upon meeting the rep he could not believe we were in number one as none if Thomas Cook England stay there it's for contenental e only !! Which was not told to us at the time of booking number two is full of hen parties stag parties wrecked up people all the time we were told by the rep we were really lucky to be in number one as he had a que of complaints about number two ..... The food hall is in number one so if u r unlucky and staying across the road in number two u have to come over to eat at number one the views from rooms in number one were amazing the pools over looked the bay and was beautiful totally different story over the road in number two !!! ... The food overall wasn't great there were 6 adults three teenagers with us and to be honest we all struggled at meal times apart from breakfast which was always good ..... The entertainment was ok if u had young children just wasn't for us .... Ibiza is not the same as it used to be it has been spoilt we were harassed on the streets constantly by men selling fake goods like sunglasses etc by the end of the week everyone was fed up with the constant harassment they wed always out side the hotel and along every street u walk .... We did all have a lovely time but it's so commercial and like turkey now that we will not be returning ...

Won't go again
Long wait for transfer over an hour, room a state arriving from previous people in the room, poor service couldn't make a complaint, paying for wifi when only works by the reception and not in your room.

Nice hotel, good choice of food in a good location
Came back just over a week ago and all travelers were pleased with the hotels nice pools options for the kids, Fernando was top ! Value for money would stay again only downside is walls are a bit thin in the rooms.

I have been to this location twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times.
Pros- good food, good location with only a water taxi to cross San Antonio bay. Selection of 2 pools, one just off San Antonio bay.
Cons- wifi was poor at times, tv in room wasn't great (hardly matters as I was only using it out of curiosity). Chill out section not available to Thomas Cook guests (can see photos on the website of this)

Amazing time in ibiza
Overall holiday was amazing, i went with 2 other girls all inclusive for a week in June 2012. When we got to the airport we had been informed about a 30 minute delay (which didnt seem too bad) but then things got worse. The flight was going to be delayed for about 6 hours. So we spent hours in the airport trying to entertain ourselves. When we finally got to ibiza we just went to bed. We stayed at the Sant Antoni de Portmany: azuLine Hoteles Mar Amantis I & II. The food in the hotel was good quality and most of the staff where friendly. The snack bar was a great idea. The hotel was about 15-20 minutes walk away from the centre. Would definately return to Ibiza and stay at the same hotel. Flight on the way back was delayed also!!!!

Most disappointing holiday so far.. 11th July 2012- 18th July 2012
Going to Ibiza was how I expected it, San Antonio and San Antonio Bay was very nice, lovely place and the nightlife was great.
This hotel however was very disappointing.
First of all, the staff barely speak a word of English, and when they do, they are very rude. The nicest member of staff we met was the security guard on during the day.
We went all inclusive, and spent more money eating out or buying food from the local supermarket because the food here was awful. If you like eating lots and lots of chicken and fish, and I mean every single day, then this will be the place for you. Every so often there was some different type of meat, but it hardly looked appetising. If your in the side that's the "family hotel" (closest to the beach), your hotel is where the dinning room is situated and definitely made to look nicer than the other part of the hotel on the other side of the road (for the teenage, clubbers etc etc).
The bar is only open until 11pm, and drinks are served in the smallest plastic cups that you've ever seen. Very small choice of drinks, if you like vodka and malibu, then you're fine. I however like drinking peach shnaps (fussy I know), but this wasn't served at the hotel, however I could buy it (very cheaply) from supermarkets, and it was served in every bar we went too. Pool bar only open a few hours per day, and music was only played while the bar was open. Again, very limited choice.
The rooms were the only decent thing about this hotel, apart from the fact the air conditioning never worked for a full day. And when the mechanic came to fix it, he shouts at you in Spanish and leaves. The maid came and cleaned the room every day, new towels in the bathroom, cleaning up etc.
The location of this hotel though is good. Its right near the jetty that takes you across to the main town, San Antonio. Though I do suggest walking round the bay, especially at sunset, its a lovely view and a really nice walk. About a 20 minute walk and you can walk on the beach for the most part.
If this is your first time in Ibiza (like it was mine) I suggest talking to your rep, the one we had was very helpful and gave us a deal on 5 night of activities (including a pub crawl, 2 booze cruises, and a UV party) for 180 euros. Helped us know where to go in the west end and gave us some good nights out. Be careful though, sometimes you may just be ditched by your reps! Or if you don't pay attention to where your going, you will lose them. You can't get into any of the events you've payed for without the reps.
Wouldn't suggest this hotel, but definitely go to San Antonio/ San Antonio Bay!

Amazing holiday in Ibiza
The hotel was right next to the boat across to San Antonio which was useful as we were in the Bay. It had a nice big pool area and another pool to the front, overlooking the sea. The rooms were cleaned every day, beds changed and fresh towels (couldn't ask for more). We went All Inclusive and there was a wide choice of food, however it was the downfall to the hotel.
