Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 41 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent family location and hotel. 4 time staying here. We stayed here as a couple and as a family in recent years. WE love it, the new waterpark is just amazing. We paid £780 for 3 of us Self Catering, so excellent value. We did notice the hotel is all about all inclusive this year but we much prefer the choice of local bars and restaurants and it is such a beautiful place you dont want to stay in. People watching in San Antonio while watching the sunset and having a lovely meal (koppas), even with a four year old, its perfect early evening. Will go back - again. October 11, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by shocking! dirty, uncomfortable, certainly not 4 star!!! no food left in resteraunt an hour before resteraunt closed! when there was food, the queue for it was a mile long! no childrens food unless your children live on chips! drinks watered down, queues for bar miles long and only 2 staff behind the bar when over 3000 people staying in hotel! bedding in room didnt get changed once in 2 weeks! floor was not cleaned in 2 weeks either! rain storms caused dirt to wash over the balcony and we were left to paddle in it for 2 weeks! kids constantly pooing in the pool, resulting in 4 hour closure of the pool 4 times in 2 weeks! had to get up at half six to reserve a sun bed and sit on it until eight o clock, nowhere to get coffee early in the morning while sitting on sun bed. massive queues in water park, open to public everyday even though you led us to believe it was only open to the public on sundays, local lifeguards let local people jump queues to top of slides resulting in half hour waits to use the slides for all the tourists. entertainment shocking, never witnessed anything quite so bad in my life! watched the kids doing cartoon heroes during the day and the same kids dressing up at night trying to sing and dance on the stage - they were unable to sing or dance it was awful! only 1 outside entertainment act was brought in once during the 2 week stay! room was very basic certainly not 4 star!!! I can't believe you charged me £3700 to stay at this hotel for 2 weeks, it wasnt worth £370! plus we had to spend £1000 eating out as the resteraunt was so poor, when we did eat in the resteraunt we had to set up our own table even though staff were standing around doing nothing! and to top it all off i wasnt even allowed to take a banana out of the resteraunt to give my son for breakfast in the morning as bananas were never offered for breakfast, got chased half way to my room and shouted at over one banana! the sky tv which i was promised consisted of 3 channels, one was for babies and another was heavy metal music tv! the whole holiday was a joke, the kids club was dirty and scruffy and not the sort of place i would leave my children through choice, extremely dissapointed and awaiting some sort of compensation. Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but remote Arrived to an impressive foyer and were directed to our room in a reasonable time. Having put our cases down we opened the balcony door to a great view of the car park. Returning to the living area we were confronted by an infestation of ants that looked like a scene from "The Mummy". I returned to reception and told the English employee what our problem was and the extent of the invasion. She replied that the maid would take care of it. When I stood there possibly looking a little stunned she followed her statement with a dismissive hand gesture and these very words; "That's it, the maid will deal with it." When I returned to reception a few minutes later I took along 4 cases my wife, daughter and grandson and told the same employee that perhaps she should point us in the direction of another (uninfected) room. A short phone call later she gave us keys to another room on the other side of the hotel. More ants but tolerable. Don't expect a good reception on the TV and the only English speaking channel you will find is Sky News. As I've given the Sirenis Seaview Country Club an overall "3" there must have been some positives; The hotel is very large and as we travelled in September there were fewer guests so getting a sunbed next to the, very spacious, pools wasn't a problem. Food was O.K. Staff were generally happy and keen to help. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Entertainment was of the Maplins style but we were self catering so we went out every night and missed most of it. The trouble with going out was there were no restaurants or shops nearby so the shortest trip was 2 kilometers. Bus every hour though and quite cheap. San Antonio is the same fare but 20 minutes by bus 5 minutes by taxi. Overall the Seaview is an good pool holiday (nice beach two minutes walk) and one unhelpful member of staff and the lack of life nearby wouldn't deter us from making a return visit. October 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great holiday I had a great holiday hotel staff were great bar staff entertainment staff great kids club kids club staff don't get the credit they deserve they work very hard great with kids head rep Kelly knight brilliant with kids they love her would go to this hotel again October 12, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great holiday, will definitely be going back to Sirensis Seaview The location of this hotel was perfect for us, right on a sandy cove and a ten minute walk into the nightlife of San Antonio. The kids loved the waterpark and switched between this and the pool, they couldn't have enjoyed it more. The entertainment was good and the food was the usual buffet style which we have no complaints about. We'll be heading back there for our next holiday. October 12, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by good holiday for relaxing! the little bungalow was nice and clean and cleaned when requested, alothough it was a bit annoying that the maids kept putting thick fury coverson t6he beds that we had to remove every day. the air conditioning was very poor. it was basically a fan above the bed and on downstairs that didnt realy make a difference. i thort it was quite bad how you had to pay for the tv and radio daily (and it wasnt cheap) and a majority of the channels were in german. the pools were set out nice all though they were very dirty ( we only went in one as the other was realy bad) we only eaten from the lunch menu which was nice. the service wasnt very good from the hotel staff. i know being in a foreign country its a bit ignorant to expect everyone to speak fluent engish, but the waiters and staff could hardly speak any other language except spanish. it was very difficult ordering food etc. also you would feel like you was in the way the way they acted in the eating and bar area. they would be shouting to eating constantly while you are trying to eat. the receptionist was very very rude and didnt make you feel welcome at all. the entertainment was none existant. the location was good if you wanted to be out the way in a quiet area. from where it is you have to get the bus or taxis to shops etc. i think the hotel needs to put a proper rep stand in, instead of a very small sign on the back table of the eating area. there was no information boards or anything and if you missed th erep and needed to ask her somthing you couldnt look to any other source for information. i wouldnt reccommend a younge couple to go at the time we did (late september) as it is more older couples and mainly german but me and my partner only wanted a relaxing holiday so it was ok. overall i did enjoy the holiday but there was alot of things i was unhappy with and i dont think it was good value for the ammount we paid. i know alot of my comments are negative but it was a nice relaxing holiday(which was what we wanted) and i think it would be alot better in june.july & august so please dont let me put you off :) October 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by really good holiday, would def go back this hotel had mixed reviews when i was reading through, but alot of them i feel people are just not happy,. everything was 1st class, we really enjoyed this holiday. the hotel, ok the rooms were not the best decor, but the size of them was amazing, it also had a small kitchen area, with a fridge, which you very rarely get esp when going all inclusive! the entertainment was really good too, not all for kids. the food was lovely there was always a good variety, i loved the breakfasts, always enough seating area. the location, there a lovely beach just to the side of the hotel, really nice views, there was a few shops across the road, which were ideal, and just a short 15min walk was san antonia bay, which was nice also, i have stayed in the bay, but i would prefer the sirenis to go back to. the hotel also has its own waterpark, i find this amazing that you do not pay any extra for. all in all it was a great holiday.
