We arrived in the resort with no rep with us to find the Hotel was full of half naked drunken teenagers, and four policemen with batons drawn trying to calm an altri
cation which had obviously taken place earlier. The rooms were disgusting and smelled of damp, we got moved to another one which was worse it was full of ants even in the bed disgusting. In my opinion this property should be pulled down and rebuilt. We were made to spend a night there before paying 300.00 euros to be moved to the Palladium Palace which was what a four star property should be. If you ever find yourself unfortunately staying in Playa De'n Bossa then make sure your stay here its absolutely beautiful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the best all inclusive I have ever used. This resort is ONLY aimed at teenage clubbers, so if naked dancers on podimums in beach bars and policemen constanstly visiting your hotel is not your thing Playa De'n Bossa is not for you. You don't feel safe walking in the street and certainly not after dark, we wondered why all the decent hotels have security guards and now we understand why. As I say if you are happy to relax totally within your hotel grounds only, then the Palladium Palace is the answer if not then don't even consider this resort, or you will be sorry.

club bahamas was a 3star hotel but is really like a 4 star. everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food and drink was above average for an a
ll inclusive holiday. We had a lovely room after I emailed them requesting a room with a nice view but the couple we went on holiday with had a ground floor room which was terrible as there was no light and it was smelly and damp. They asked to be moved and were the next day. These lower ground rooms should be cheaper than the rooms higher up as they are so different. It was very good value for money.
BUT the flight with Thomas Cook was terrible as going there was a lot of young men who were rowdy swearing etc and I requested another seat away from them. I was moved to the front but had to sit separate from my husband. Because of this I will not be travelling with Thomas Cook again.

We stayed at the Hotel Club Bahamas in August 2011. There was me, my husband and our two boys aged 6 and 3. The hotel is perfect for families, it is right on the bea
ch which is amazing and is in the quieter part of Playa D'en Bossa but only about a 5 minute walk into the centre. We were all inclusive and we couldn't fault the food there was loads of choice every day. The hotel animation team were fantastic and put on great shows each night. During the day there were different activities if you wanted to join in you could but they didn't harrass people. The aqua gym every day at 12.30 was really good. Our room was really nice, very clean and spacious for the four of us. Can't really fault it at all apart from the unenthusiastic thomas cook kids club reps, maybe it was just because it was getting towards the end of the season but they seemed really bored and were always yawning!
The resort is also only 10 minutes from the airport which is really good. We will definitely go back

I travelled to the Hotel Club Bahamas Ibiza for a week in July with my family - husband, 2 children and grandparents. We were allocated 2 rooms on the ground floor.
Both rooms were very dark and dingy. My mother & father in law asked to move as there was mould growing up the wall in theirs and were moved to a first floor room which was better. We were advised that we couldn't move to a room on a higher level due to health & safety rules regarding children. Part way through the week the roof in our room sprung a leak, which turned into a hole and which was finally fixed on our last day (very disappointing)..
On the positive side, the enterainment team were fantastic - lots to do if you wanted to but no pressure to join in. Great evening shows, which the kids loved. The food was varied and of good quality - never had to wait for a table no matter how busy. Also, the cleaners visited daily and did a great job. The beach is lovely but can be costly if going every day as the sun loungers were 7 euros each. Travelling during the school holidays the hotel was extremely busy and getting a sunbed around the pool was impossible unless you were prepared to get up in the middle of the night to reserve them. Also, be aware that the pool and hotel water supply is salt water.

I loved the resort..the beach and sea are amazing for adults and children..so clean and lovely white sand. The Hotel was ok...our room was ground floor and was very
damp..black mould behind bed and all up the walls..the sheets on the bed felt damp all the time and the plaster on the wall was peeling off due to the damp. Hotel was full of Germans who were ignorant. The entertainment team were brill as was the food and pool. Hotel right on beach. Rooms just need re doing to make it nicer. Dont go all inclusive as snacks at bar are frozen then warmed up..only burgers n hotdogs..gross
Thomas Cook put on smaller plane for us so when we checked in we found out that they couldnt fit us all on so we had a 3 hr delay,,,then no transfer arranged when we got to the airport in ibiza..then resort rep didnt inform us of welcome meeting and only left our welcome pack on our terrace 5 days into our stay, she was rude and unhelpful.
Wouldnt use this hotel again and wouldnt use Thomas Cook either.

This was the first time I had went All Inclusive and I done some checking on Tripadvisor etc before picking the hotel- I can honestly say everything was fantastic, f
ood was fab , drinks and snacks great and the location right on the beach, is first class, I had a problem with air conditioning and reported this to reception who sent enginner down and arranged for new room as the problem could not be fixed quickly. All staff very friendly, I would definitely go back, in fact I didn't want to come home !!!!!!!!
The entertainment team put on some good shows and although I have to say that I prefer sitting in the lobby bar they really do make agreat effort to please the guests.

This is 4th time in Ibiza and 3 times staying in Club bahamas. We have stayed here with our daughter, with other people and on our own. Every time it has been fab. T
here is so much going on around the pool all day. The all inclusive is a great even if you do not drink beer, as even a bottle of water can be as much as 2euros if buying at the bar. Great for kids to have unlimited drink, ice cream etc. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Entertainment staff work very hard to put a show on every night. We went on our own this year and it has too be the best visit to Ibiza yet. We will continue going there every year. This hotel is very popular and books out very quickly. It has to be booked through the travel agent and cannot be found on any other site which in my opinion explains why it can be overpriced, in saying that it will not put me off going there as you are guaranteed a fab holiday from the moment you arrive.

Cant fault the Thomas Cook Represent, nor the Kids Club Reps. We visited the resort on the understanding it was for families. There were very few english families in
the hotel, but loads of germans and dutch. The inhouse entertainers didi very well during the day and were a credit to the hotel however they were also the entertainment each evening and all shows were staged by them. Did expect better evening entertainment than this, as previous holidays other hotels buy in professional acts, shame this one didnt. We were on the ground floor and got badly bitten by mosquitos after our second day which did spoil it. There were lots of groups of girls and boys as Space nightclub was 5 mins away. We only came across two family pubs which were about 20/25 walk each evening, however, this walk entailed going through crowds on young people drinking at bars aimed for that age. Not suitable for families and lots of noise on an evening from younger guests.

The holiday was a recommendation from my brother who stayed in this hotel the previous year and loved it and I definitely felt the same and would definitely return.
We usually holiday in the Carribean but found the lay back atmosphere of Ibiza really great and loved the fact that we can easily get out and about which we often do not get with the Carribean. The location of the hotel was very good and was close to all the action but far enough away from it so that we could spend a quiet day on the beach or wonder a little bit further along the beach for Ibiza action.
The food at the hotel was superb and you would never think it was food at a 3 star hotel. When we go away we normally go half board or all inclusive but end up bored with the food and end up eating out towards the end but not in this case.
The room was comfortable, we were initially put in a ground floor appointment which we did not like as it was very dark but requested a move and this did happen straight away.

Hotel room was very damp and cold no heating whatsoever. I understand it was the first week in May but I didn't think I should be going to bed fully clothed for a he
at, it was baltic to say the least. Our clothes felt damp and musty in the drawers and wardrobe. There was a constant drip from under the sink the accumulated in the middle of the bathroom floor, had a 3 years old with us who fell several times and nearly split her head open. We had to put towels down to stop the puddle. We also had to be moved at one point to another room due to the next door neighbours toilet seeping into our room, the smell of sewage water was rancid and the floor was covered in water. Also felt the food was rank rotten and repetative. The dining area was really basic and quite depressing to eat in (when we could find something worth eating). Personally I would not go back to that hotel due to these things. I felt the entertainers did their best to entertain us and they worked really hard There were a few good points such as the hotel being really clean We still managed to enjoy our holiday !!

WE TRAVELLED WITH OUR 2 CHILDREN AGED 3 AND 5 AND HAD A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY. THE HOTEL WAS SUPERB, THE STAFF WERE GREAT AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE WHOL
E FAMILY. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF CHOICE.WE STAYED HALF BOARD AND ALTHOUGH YOU COULD UPGRADE TO AI, WE THOUGHT IT WAS QUITE EXPENSIVE TO DO THAT AT 20 EUROS EACH/NIGHT AND 15 EUROS FOR THE KIDS EACH/NIGHT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN TO THAT HOTEL. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE RESORT, WE COULDNT FIND ANY PLACES OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL WHICH CATERED FOR FAMILIES, IE/ CHILDRENS DISCOS, IT WAS MORE FOR CLUBBERS. THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL WHERE THERE WERE A FEW NICE PLACES TO HAVE A QUIET DRINK WHEN THE KIDS WERE TIRED.

within 10 min of airport, planes are passing regular but it does not bother you. We upgraded to all inclusive on the first day the food was quality, the drink was wa
s spot on, snacks were good, milk lolly the best, their was 3 families with us kids from 1-8yrs they loved the kidds pool and night time entertainment was good fun, the beach was clean the hotel was clean I would ask for first floor as some people did not like the ground floor, rooms were smart and cleaned daily, if the cleaners new how to lift the furniture it would of getting top marks but they scrape the furniture off the floor quiet noisy if you want an lie in or afternoon nap....... the bus stop is just outside the hotel £1 to Ibiza town which is a beautiful place to go, bora bora beach bar is just down the road along with space night club you dont here nothing from their. overall we had a great holiday lovely place and I would go back nobother at all.........

We booked our Holiday in Oct 2009 and after a flight cancellation, which we tried not to let run things for us, we were well in need of a break. We arrived at Manche
ster Airport at 11am and were told our flight was canceled until 7.15pm, great!! We were handed a letter by a very rude Thomas Cook Ground Staff Member and told we had vouchers for drinks. When we eventually found out where to get the vouchers from it was made even better when they were for £5!!! 8.5 hours in the Airport and £5 to spend, how kind!! We eventually took off at 8.15pm due to idiots on the plane not being able to hold their drink and arrived at our accommodation at 1.15am when we were meant to arrive at 7pm.
Club Bahamas is amazing, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms are huge, spotless, bright, comfy and practical. The staff are lovely and the all inclusive is one of the best I have ever had. The beach is a 30 second walk and the center of Play Den Bossa is a 5 minute walk. I would stay here again but would never ´just don't book it, Thomas Cook it´ again!!!!

Very quick transfer from airport. Hotel on soutern part of the resort, but only 10 minutes walk either on the road or beach to the local bars etc. Were given a room o
n the ground floor but asked to change it straight away as no view and not private. Room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool was great,so don't put up with a groung floor unless you like being in the thick of things.
Food and drinks were great and we put on quite a few pounds each! All inclusive package surely well worth the money.
June is apparently Ibiza's spring so a few cloudy days could be expected, but lovely weather most of the time.
A visit to Ibiza Town and the Dalt Villa is a must, but go don't go mid afternoon as everthing is shut for siesta...go early evening or morning. Try the aquabus from Playa den Bossa for a wonderful trip into Ibiza Town.
Hotel staff all very helpful and the entertainment staff try very hard to entertain every night. A couple of nights there were external acts.

The accomodation was comfortable, but room furniture "tired". Comfortable bed. Got our request of a sunny balcony. The food aspect very acceptable with a good choice
. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. If the room furniture, namely wardrobes were more modern, then it would have been 5 stars all the way. Overall, we would certainly recommend this venue, and will no doubt be back there again on a future holiday. The pools are excellent, and a lifeguard present at all times.

Playa D'en Bossa was more geared up for young people; not families. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 4. Some of the bars didn't even open un
til 11pm. It was very rowdy at night. The only saving grace is the beach which is lovely, but beware if you want to hire a couple of sunbeds and a parasol for the day, its very expensive. The whole resort is very expensive. Luckily we'd gone half board because if we'd gone self catering we'd definately have run out of money. The hotel (Club Bahamas) is at the far end of the resort, therefore there is quite a walk into the resort centre, not ideal with young children. There is a bus however, that runs quite regularly into the resort and the bus stop is just outside the hotel. We caught the bus into Ibiza Town a few times. There were lots of different nationalities at the hotel, but only a handful of British. The kids club is hotel run. My children didn't want to join it because there were no British children in it at that time. We didn't like the entertainment as a lot if it was in German. Complained to the rep about the noise from the gangs of young men and women in the hotel. The first night we had no sleep at all. He said Thomas Cook only sent families and couples to the hotel, but they don't tell you in the brochure or when you book that all the other foreign travel operators who use the hotel, send younger people and that they're coming back all hours of the night. We had someone throwing up outside our door at about 3am. The pool was nice with a great little childrens pool. Be warned that if you haven't got your towel on the sunbed at about 7am you won't get one!! We will not be returning to the Club Bahamas or the resort of Playa D'en Bossa.
