The Parque Santiago III & IV has one of the largest outdoor swimming pools in southern Tenerife within the Santiago III and offers a quality self catering base for holidaymakers of all ages. Please note: guests will be allocated in either Parque Santiago III or IV. Some apartments are duplex with internal stairs. Due to the number of steps within the complex this property may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

Room Info
Studios (up to 3 adults) with twin beds plus sofa bed have satellite TV, kitchenette with cooking rings, oven, cooking utensils and fridge, bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace. Prices are based on 3 adults sharing on Self Catering. 1 bedroom apartments (2-4 people) have the same facilities as studios with separate twin bedroom plus sofa bed and extra bed in the living area. Prices are based on 4 adults sharing on Self Catering. 2 bedroom apartments (4-6 people) are as 1 bedroom apartments with an additional twin bedroom. Prices are based on 6 adults sharing on Self Catering.
