Hotel is clean and staff are great, always happy to help if you have a problem. It is situated about 5 minutes walk from the main street on the coast road so near enough if you want a bit more lively atmosphere, but far enough away if you prefer a bit of peace and quiet. Food is very good. Rooms are comfortable and spacious - but may be cramped if at full occupancy. Self catering facilities in studios is fairly basic but adequate if you aren't really self catering! Better equipped in the 2 bed apartments at the back of the main building (bit of a trek with large bottles of water though...) Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds, and always kept clean.

The Windmill was excellent. A great sea view from all apartments. Food and facilities all excellent. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The sound of the waves adding to the atmosphere and was very relaxing. Argassi itself seems a little frayed around the edges, although there were plenty of good Tavernas to choose from. I used a Travel money card to avoid carring large amount of cash and travellers cheques. However the cash machine the Rep pointed out was out of order for the 10 days we were there. This meant going to Zante town for cash. Zante town has a great atmosphere. Plenty of Cafes and Tavernas . You need plenty of patience when returning to the airport as they seem to struggle to process the luggage as quickly as other airports.All in all, I have "done Zante" and won't return. I hope I find a hotel that is equal to the Windmill on another Greek island

We stopped at the Windmill studios which are very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. It is about 5 minutes from the resort centre but this just means you miss all the noise on an evening. pool area and pool very clean. We are not big on Greek nights but their's is really good value for money you get a bbq that is really good and plenty of food would recomend but you need to book

This was our 8th time in Zante and probably the best overall. The Tsilivi Beach Hotel was way above average with the room decor and facilities. Both pools and surrounding areas were kept very clean and tidy. We had a front, sea view balcony and the location of the hotel being right on the beach aloud us to experience the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The Boathouse Restaurant and Bar were well maintained, the food was varied and very nice and the Bar Staff were very pleasant. The Reception Staff were also very friendly and helpful. All in all I could not fault the Holiday/Hotel at all. We will be returning next June with family and friends. I would highly recommend the Tsilivi Beach Hotel for couples and families.

Rated 5 out of 5 by maz We liked everything about the hotel and it's staff. Argassi itself is the best resort in Zante. the main town is near by and nice little town it is. Greek people are so friendly and kind. I could easily live there.
The only negative part of my holiday was that the plane had no leg room. And when we were returning they gave me a lot of grief over 2kg of excess on our luggage even though we had one less hand luggage.

We have been in holiday in the first week of October and we have been amazed by the lovely weather.We stayed at Windmill Studios in Argassi which we think is a lovely hotel with lovely staff and with a very clean swimming pool.The only thing that dissapointed us was that there is no beach in Argassi so we have rented a car and visited some very beautiful beaches:Gerakas, St Nicholas, Banana and Zoro Beach,so our advice for you is if you are looking for a beach rent a car and definetly go on a ship trip.We had a great time there anyway!

I travelled to Zante with my sister, we have both been to Greece before but not Zante. We had a great time!!! The Windwill Bay was not a disapointment .. all apartments have a sea view and just a just a short walk to the resort centre. The pool area was very clean and lots of sunloungers and parasols, the pool was lovely! We booked a 1 bedroom apartment but got a kitchen/diner, seperate bedroom with twin beds and a seperate lounge with tv and single bed .. we could have lived there!! (we wished we could!!) The weather was fantastic and the local restaurants were very good ... good traditional Greek food and very helpful, friendly staff. The only downside to our holiday was because we had a early morning arrival (9am) that was deamed to be our first night, so on our last day we were due to be picked up at 4am, we had to pay 40 euro's to keep our room as obviously we wanted to get a shower and some sleep before we flew home. I find this system very unfair .. I fail to see how it can be the "first night" when you dont arrive until 9am.
