I only get 1 holiday a year, so I make sure it will be good. This accommodation and resort ticks all the boxes. It must have, as in 2013 I will be returning for my 6 year in a row.
What makes this place is the regular staff. Each year it's familiar faces who become friends. Nothing is too much.
The rooms are immaculately clean. Regular changes of laundry and bin emptying.
The location couldn't be more perfect. Only 20-30 mins drive from the airport. The aparthotel is on the beach front. So sea views are all but guaranteed from most rooms. You have the choice of sea or pool goat a cool down. If you don't want to stroll far from your sunbed for lunch, you can eat here. The food is excellent. Most of the waiting staff have a fantastic command of English. But occasdionally there are hiccups with food orders.
Any problems with equipment are soon remedied. We had a broken shower head, which was replaced within 5 mins of reporting.
This is predominately a family holiday hotel. Loud teenagers seem to be a rarity. With children enjoying the choice of pools.
The only criticism can be it is a victim of its own success. Many other tourists will come to the Beach Aparthotel and spend the day there. Which means that the sunbeds can get full quickly.

This was our second holiday at alykanas beach and is a good choice of resort if you like beach and sea holidays. The water is shallow and clear and would be ideal for children. It is just a short walk to either alykanas or alykes with plenty of restaurants to chose from with prices from economical to upmarket but still reasonably priced. Difficult to self-cater as supplies in the shops are minimal and facilities in the apartment were basic, a microwave would be benificial.

Rated 5 out of 5 Fantastic holiday in alykanas last minute and glad we did.
Thoroughly enjoyed all that they had to offer. Hotel was immaculate a bit dated in areas but could not fault service ,staff or any other issues at all. Food great and very inexpensive compared to other resorts. Staff in hotel always cheery always on hand for anything you may need nothing too much trouble. Although close to end of season when travelled still alot of choice for eating or drinking out. Never a bad meal or service in time there.

we had a lovely two weeks holiday in the begining of september, great location,all staff were very frendley & helpfull. we will be returning to this hotel for another relaxing holiday.

Have been to the Alykanas Beach before and returned as we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and were not disappointed on our return.

Brilliant Holiday, location great right next to the beach, loved the pool, staff very friendly, good food, plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance,
will definitely go back.

We went late Sept 12 , weather was fantastic - unseasonably hot. Unfortunately the mossies were out and about.. Hotel was ok , clean etc. Needs a bit of updating etc , staff friendly although beware the bar - its not mythos that they sell although they say it is ! Self catering facilities in the room are basic. However , we found a fantastic bar along the beach to the right - the Mill Bar. Julie and Spiros are a lovely couple and their Greek night and Greek banquet nights are to die for ! Fully recommended. The resort is quiet at this time , and is just lovely. We are definitely going back next year although maybe to a different hotel. Beautiful setting though.
