Absolutely Stunning Isolated Holiday
We Stayed here recently as a group of 5 to start with. Unfortunately for one member of the group the resort was to far away from civilisation, however for the four that remained, it was bliss. We went at the quieter start of the season, but the resort is well maintained, the food was the best we have had for a long time while on holiday, and they do work on a rotation of the menu option, if only for a week at a time.
The rooms were heavenly and bed so comfortable. A little amused to start with the clear window from the bathroom out into the room - but as a honeymooning couple it made it more romantic. The Views are sublime and eating evening meal while watching some gorgeous sunsets are a MUST!
The staff are fantastic at making you feel welcome - Especially Calina, Gabby, Stephen, Habib and Tommy! They are so helpful and if you want to join in things they make you feel like you belong, and if you do not want to join in they will leave you alone.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is after pure relaxation - but if you are staying in a basic room take a travel Kettle! that is my only downside to my holiday here - no tea or coffee faciilities in the rooms

Worst holiday we have ever had!
Not a 5 star hotel as they advertise (or 4star you advertise)
food is cold , no choice not replenished
China and Glasses cracked and chipped if you can find any. Cutlery dirty and wet if you can get any.
Staff are miserable and unhelpful.
Cold water for showers and washing in our room for 5 days even after complaining and nothing gets done.
Please do not send any more guests here to ruin there holiday like we had.
The hotel is a joke.

certain areas need sortting.
The hotel would have been better if some of the staff were not so rude and arrogant. The bar did not have hardly any locally produced drinks, most of the time you are drinking out of plastic cups and that is for inside the bar. At meal times you were always having to go looking for clean cutlery and crockery. Maid service was not any better, they either forgot to leave any hand towels or even bath mats and toilet rolls. The beach area was not clean, to say the hotel is situated on the beach front you could not go onto the beach as it was not clean. .They were only bothered about the French. l will not be going back here again. Thomas cook rep was useless. It was the first time we had booked with Thomas cook and it will be the last. When we got to the Airport in Rhodes we were not down for a flight for coming home.

Lovely time had by all
Oh we had a smashing time. Used this hotel because it was close to our friend 'Kitty'. Very glad we did. Ok, the food is typical of an all inclusive but it was tasty and you certainly could find variety. Large clean rooms and lovely staff to help. Best thing though was watching 'The Fattitude Show' definitely one to watch out for!

Hotel good BUT
Accomodation excellent, lots of room, white leather furniture, no problems with plumbing etc.
Bar - supposed to be all inclusive, had only basic five or six bottles of local hooch which run out nightly about 10pm. No Baileys or alternative for the ladies, no ingredients to make a Bloody Mary (not very involved) all blamed on "end of season" ON THE 3RD OF OCTOBER ??? No beach bar - end of season -
No spa for the ladies _ end of season. Pretty pathetic for all inclusive.
Food _ plenty of choice but usually luke warm. My soup from a soup kettle was almost cold, was told to put it in the microwave ! !
Location is nice - was in an upstairs room with private pool - excellent. Management need to get their bar and catering sorted out at the END OF SEASON. I am sure it is an enjoyable holiday in June/July/August, with a bit of organisation it could be the same for holidaymakers later in the year, we were there a week before the school holidays in Scotland and three weeks before the school holidays in England. Could hardly be the end of season then.

nautica blue fanes rhodes
this holiday was awful,we were glad to come home.we wouldnot recommend this hotel to anyone.the food was cold every day,no choice same thing every day.we had to clear the tables and relay them salt and pepper pots were covered in rust.stained pillowcases used on beds.no entertainment unless you spoke french.miles from anywhere.made complaints while we were there.drain left uncovered with dirty toilet paper on floor.a la carte restuarant was tables on an outside area next to snack bar.snack bar sink used as an ashtray.this wasnot what we expected from a 5* hotel.we came home feeling like we hadnt had a 2 week holiday.

Enjoyed after all problems were sorted
On arrival were sent to a room that old couple were already using ( at 2.00am) scared poor old lady half to death. Got transferred to alternative hotel for night, 3 rooms later as each had problems did manage to get to sleep, well after the low flying air craft had stopped for the night.
Got transferred back to Nautica Blue the next afternoon, on arrival the receptionist didn't know anything about our problem!
At either hotel were we given information on meal times, entertainment or rather lack of.
Wouldn't visit again, when asked to speak to rep was told to speak to receptionist as it wasn't her problem.
Thankfully we were given a late check out for free on our last day.

ideal for a relaxing chilling break!
we loved the nautica blue hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful we were put in a room near the car park and when we complained they were happy to move us to a quietier room which we were really happy with. the food was excellent and there were two pools and you could swim in the sea too! there were plenty of sun beds to use and staff would always ask if you were ok and make sure you were enjoying your holiday. the only problem - we had to come home !!
