Overview
The picturesque town of Parga lies along the Ionian Coast of mainland Greece, just opposite
the small island of Paxos. Ruins of a Venetian Castle sit high on the hill, overlooking the
maze of pretty cobblestone pathways, winding down to the cosmopolitan harbour area. The beaches
in and around Parga are of fine white shingle, the town beach has sun loungers and pedaloes for
hire, whilst the vast cresent shaped Valtos Beach has a variety of watersports on offer.
