I thought by booking withThomas Cook that the hotel would have mainly british guests and therefore
the entertainment and the vibe would be geared towards us , it was`nt . That said the entertainment
team day and night did there best to jolly the place up they all spoke pretty good english and were as varied in nationalality as the guests . There were brits , french , belgians , poles , bulgarians , dutch ,
danish , germans , italians and others which seemed to work better than just having two nationalities
sharing a hotel , as it can become a us and them senario . We went the second week of the whit holidays with 11&8 year old boys but there was`nt that many kids there , if fact the hotel seemed nowhere near full . service was good in the buffet plenty of choice and no queue really relaxed
Bar service was good even at busy times which is unusal for all inclusive , proper glasses at main lobby bar , plastic at pool and entertainment bar for obvious reasons . No rush for sun beds in a morning , even by lunch time there were plenty left. There are two pools, a good size main pool where the was two great slides that every one used from adults to toddlers . This is where the daytime entertainment took place with competitions , silly games ,water polo , darts , all the usual stuff , no pressure to take part if you don`t want to . The water slides were bigger than they looked in the photos and were looked after by the lifeguard PETROS who although not part of the entertainment team would organise swimming competitions for the kids and show them tricks to do on the slides etc he was always smiling and would mingle and chat to the adults and kids , he is a really nice guy .Oh and not one accident or incident around the pool in the week we were there . The second pool was a good size but was really quiet with no music or messing about . Our 1 bedroom apartment was massive , the biggest I`ve ever had , a bit of a waste as we were rarely in it . We had a pool view in one of the lower blocks. There are blocks dotted around higher up the hillside bus are pretty accessible unless your really bad on your legs .The views from the rooms are great looking over the sea to Turkey , pretty lights at night . The so called beach below the hotel is not worth the visit , unless you want to see a bit of a builders yard , but the are plenty of nice beaches a bus or taxi ride away . Staff were always friendly and helpful , air con broke a couple of time but was fixed ASAP All in all a decent hotel with good facilities so long as your open minded and go with the flow

OK but wouldn't go back
Hotel has good & bad points. All Inclusive finished at 11pm every night & only 1 bar with 2 staff serving. One of the blokes was a right misery who had his favourites & served them from the side of the bar as soon as they walked in to save them having to queue. There was another bar in Aqualand but that closed at 6pm & the main entertainment area had its own bar but that entire area never opened at all. All staff were lovely (apart from miserable bar man) & the maid service was really good. Best thing about the hotel is the stunning sea views from the rooms. Kids enjoyed Aqualand & lifeguards on at all times on the slides. There's a lovely splash pool for the younger kids with slides & a large pool with a separate kids area in Aqualand. Main pool nearer the hotel was a good size with a separate kids area too. All pools had plenty of free sunbeds no matter what time of day you turned up. Large umbrellas were a godsend as some days were really hot. Lovely breeze at all times but some days the wind was really strong so the staff made us put the umbrellas down. Food was ok but wasn't anything special. Rooms really big & massive bed! Would be nice to have the bottle of water you get on arrival to be replenished when required as unable to get bottled water from the bar. Shop sold essentials & one of other hotels on complex had a bigger shop. Beach is concrete with a bit of sand over the top & you have to pay for the sinners down there. Mini bus from the hotel to the beach runs all day but not a bad walk down if you fancy a stroll. Went on the volcano trip which was fab & well worth it but nothing like the description from the advertisement or rep. Rep was ok but hardly ever there. Had no hot water one day so reported it to reception & it was sorted in a couple of hours. Wi-fi wasn't free & entertainment poor but this probably due to them having to do everything in the tiny area in front of the bar. All in all not a bad holiday but wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Holiday with friends
I was unsure if this holiday would be suitable for three mid20's friends but we had a great time. The accommodation was great but I would imagine some rooms we saw were depressing with no views right on top of a steep hill. Staff were generally friendly and the food was amazing as we went all inclusive. Kids entertain was gd and would suggest this for ppl with kids. Thomas cook rep was the only rude person not the bus lady but the one who was in are hotel! Would recommend a trip on the katrina 3 island cruise located in koz town that made my holiday. Would deferently re-visit great value for money , and easy to drink lots

Chilled Out and Relaxed
Just returned from the Iberostar Panorama Family in Kos and I feel totally chilled out and ready for the daily grind of work. The hotel was great. It was a complex of four hotels, 3 five star and a four star which we stayed in.Facilities were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Although situated at the top of a hill there was a regular mini-bus service to the main road. The one complaint I had was that the air conditioning was not on as it was too early in the season and didn't come on until June 1st. This was unacceptable to me and the receptionist gave me a fan without any hassle. The room I stayed in was huge and was so big I could have staged a dance in it. The hotel had two excellent pools, one with two water slides and the other much quieter for those who like to get away from the noise of screaming kids. The range of activities was good and the animation crew didn't hassle you if you didn't want to take part. The water polo was very keenly contested. The dining experience was decent with a reasonable choice of food. As all inclusive's go this was a good choice and one which I would recommend.

50th birthday treats
holiday was virtually perfect apart from being a bit hilly for 74year old mother-in law,had to be a bit pushy regarding suitable accommadation for her,.superb views though over the aegion across too bodrom,turkey..pools were very clean and believe it or not,sun loungers still available at 09.00am..food was quite good, but could do with having a bit more variety for kids..staff at the hotel were brilliant and would help out with any problems with a smile..impressive taxi service by local firm,to take you anywere...kos town in 10mins..8 euros..evening entertainment bit basic, but bearable..the superb outdoor theatre wasted..overall would go back again,as good value for the money we paid..and those views.....breathtaking..

great time in kos
iberostar panorama family just outside kos town,is a real family friendly holiday.the staff work very hard & nothing is to much trouble, food is great and deserts are fabulous.rooms are huge & are cleaned every day.the annimation team are great fun and try to involve all age groups, charlie is a good laugh and joins in with the pool games ,adult & children.kos town just down the road is beautifull ,good range of shops & restraunts which is better to see at night with a great harbour.the hotel runs a mini bus up and down the hill to the main road where you can catch a bus to town ,or ataxi from the hotel to town costs only 8 euros.if you like big steaks & ribs look out for the boomerrang restraunt its mint with good beers aswell.we went on a day trip to turkey ( bodrum ) all i will say is 6 hrs in turkey was enough, nice to get back to the friendly people of kos.

On arrival at hotel we were put in a room which overlooked what can only be described as a builder's yard, when we complained we were told that there was nowhere to move to but after insisting they eventually found us another room, reception staff not very helpful. Tthe food was very good the location wasn't as your halfway up a very steep hill when you did venture down there wasn't much there and you needed to get a bus into Kos town. Your quite isolated in the hotel so you would expect them to put on good quality entaitainment, they didn't the entairtainment was non existant and the evening's where spent playing cards as there was nothing else to do. The pool area was very good and the animation staff tried there hardest but would not visit again due to the entertainment situation
